The product got damaged in just 3 weeks. I visited the store and gave for repair. They sent the product to my address after 2 weeks, the damage was left unrepaired

I purchased a chappal few days ago in CENTRO DILSUKHNAGAR, executive gave me wrong pair . i asked manager to attend and listen my issue. three people came to me and said that i am the manager of the store. so, i asked main manager to attend. there is no response from them. so i waited and i came back. tweeted in twitter, one of the CRM called me and listen and he promised me that he will send the manager along with pair and refund. the Next day, he said that Manager will not come . i will send executive. then next day executive came to me and the pair is not compatible in size. so, the executive promised that he will bring big size chappal. the next day he called me, i was denaiyed because, what CRM said is different and executive is different. so i said to call CRM then conform what i said and then come to me. again he messaged. then i called CRM regarding status, He is continuously arguing with me. Again i called in the Evening, He put his call in conference to GM (Bharath Ram) . He is asking my personal Details and speaking rashly, He is using the words " edhi amaina dhavath aa sir kalvadaniki". and continously arguing with me.
i dont know why i buyed footwear from this store ? why i am wasting my time?

I purchased 2 shoes from Centro Shoe Store in Forum Mall, Hyderabad. One of then was of Rocia brand. The shoe tore after 1 usage only. When I went to the shop replacement, after keeping me waited for half an hour fin ally they said they'll send the shoe to the manufacturer for replacement and it might take 3-4 days time. Earlier also I had a bad experience with Centro Shoe Store but I thought of giving them a second chance. However some things never change. Anyways I want a replacement immediately as this is not expected from a brand like Rocia and a retail chain like Centro.
