Rohan Motors Noida Complaints & Reviews

I had booked Maruti Brezza LXI CNG in July 2023 at Rohan Motors, NOIDA.
At the time of booking, they had confirmed that the car had a waiting period of 16-18 weeks.

We have already waited for more than 25 weeks and still don't have any update from the dealer as to when we will get the car. We had also given an option to the dealer that we are good to take any color car of the same model if available due to a cancellation...

I have given my Wagon r 2021 for service to Rohan Motors, Noida on 8th Dec 2021.
I collected my car next day with a bill payment of approx 6336.00 Rs.
Next day the absorb me some work not done in my car like washing/cleaning, wheel balancing, wheel alignment and some others and called to my service adviser Mr. Tapender Kumar Sharma and her advise to me resend our car in service center. But my question is how is my car service pending, we don't have enough time to visit the service center again and again. Whereas we have paid the full amount for all the works.

I own a brand new Maruti Swift. Date of purchase 14 Mar 08. I had the first servicing after a month of purchase which was a very satisfying. The service at Rana Motors Okhla was excellent and the delivery man was very polite and helpful and made all the task easier by his great customer handling skills. Excellent customer service from Rana Motors, New Delhi.

Now the problem arose when I went for second servicing after six months...
