My late father Govind Hanumant Hanchate who expired on 21.09.09 had made following FDs with Roofit Industries from his hard earned money in the name of
1. Nirmala Govind Hanchate (my mother) - 3 FDs bearing
No.51685 Dt.26.02.01 - Rs.16000
No.52400 dt. 13.03.01 - Rs.7000
No.58628 dt.29.12.01 - Rs.11000
2. Surekha Nageshwar Hanchate - 1 FD bearing
No.58626 dt.29.12.01 - Rs. 10000.

We all including my widow mother will be very grateful if we get the Principal and interest for the above FDs on urgent basis.

We had invested an amount of Rs. 6000/- (rupees six thousand only) in the fixed deposit scheme of ROOFIT LTD/SUN EARTH LTD.

The company had issued us with fixed deposit receipt no FDR 9457 dated 11/08/2000
Maturing on 10/08/2003 under the (cumulative/monthly/quarterly/half-yearly) option.

It is with profound regret we inform you that inspite of persistent reminders and claims made by us, the company has defaulted on the following payments
1. Outstanding interest due on the captioned FDR covering period 11/08/2000 to 10/08/2003 amounting to Rs. 1183/-
2. The principal amt on the matured FDR amounting to Rs. 6000/-
3. Penal interest on 01 & 02 above @12% p.a. from the due date up to the date of payment.

You shall appreciate and understand that small investors like us. the aforesaid amts are Invaluable and constitute savings made during our lifetime. Defaults like this leaves us shattered with our confidence totally shaken.

It is hoped that your good office would ensure compliance from the company in terms of repaying the aforesaid amts thereby ensuring justice prevails for which we shall remain indebted.

FD matured and original FD submitted but amt of remittance not yet received.

Im smt. Madhu sinari i am senior citizen of 65 yrs. I have not received my fixed deposit rs.10, 00 along with interest from roofit from 2003 till today. I went to consumer court i got order from consumer court to claim money from roofit is there now recently roofit appointed liquidator advocate jain he sent me c-form than d-form which i attested from my notary2times submitted by email given my liquidatorjain in feb 2018 still i have not any response. I need money i have wasted lot of time 10 yrs going to consumer courtfor that.

My mother (Veena Prakashchandra shah) has invested 10000 rs with Roofit Industries with 15 % rate of interest on 26/10/1999THe maturity date was 25/10//2002.

We were expected to receive 15,640 rs on maturity but we haven't received the any amount.

Deposit receipt no is 51937.

Can you please let me know how to proceed ?
