Rose Valley is not returning my family's money.
I am a student. And my grandfather deposited money for my college education in the rose valley so that I can study further with the matured amount. But when the maturity date came no money was returned and we don't know how to get our money back. If you can help to get the money back then I can complete my college study. My family is in shock and nobody knows what to do now

not received my maturity amount

I opened a recurring deposit on 22 nd june 2012 amount of ₹2000/month and continued atleast 2 years. My every document, money received and including holiday membership plan certificate are still with me. I want to get back my maturity amount now as it already 6 year completed.

I have two nos of rose valley "hotels and entertainments ltd" (Holiday membership plan certificate) policy, which has been crossed the maturity date
On 07dec2017, amt 01 lakh + 1 thousand, but while visiting their sector-v, salt lake main office, found closed for last two yrs and no body knows where to submit the policy for the payment, could you pls guide me how to go about so that there should not be any further problems later on, it will be a great help if you guide me properly as already i m in deep problem with this.

Life become difficult... Rose valley please return money
Sir,
My father is a rose valley agent. Many of our village people have policy in rose valley through my father. The total amount of villagers is more than 5 lacks. My father himself also invested lacks to it. But now its more than 3 years there is no sing of hope. Villagers are harassing us giving thread to my dad. So, its become very difficult to live, we won have lost all the savings and all customers are also doing wrong with us. But we don't have done any kind of cheat so why this trouble with us??? Please do something for us as well as all the rose valley suffering customer so that we get back our money.

Company is not giving my money

With due respect I would like to inform you that I have invested Rs 4.30 Lacs ( Ruppees Four Lacs Thirty Thousand ) at Rose Valley Company (Kharagpur Branch .) This amount have already matured on January -2015 & March -2015 respectively.
But the Rose Valley Company is not giving any money & I have not received any single money from Rose Valley Company against this matured amount .
I would sorry to inform you that at present I am facing very much moneytory problem .Kindly help me to get the all money from Rose Valley Company. Other wise I have to suicide with in a very short span of time leaving behind my wife 36 yrs + 11 years son & 72 yrs father.
Kindly help me in this critical situation otherwise I will be finished.

I have invested Rs 32000 in Rose valley deposit scheme. Maturity date was 05/10/2014, Application NO "06H[protected] " and Rs 26000 in the name of my mother Ila Dutta, maturity date was 28/10/2014 NO " 060219/HABRA" I have not got the maturity value. I spoke to the company but they are not responding neither giving his money back. Please help me to get the money back.

I am Parag Bora, Address-Dergaon Town Dist-Golaghat State-assam Pin-785614.Rose Valley agent Jorhat Assam(MCods[protected] forceably opened a recurring deposit of Rs-300 per month, after that day give me a certify copy where mentioned as-This is to certify that Mr. Parag Bora has paid advance/installment as part payment towards provisional allotment for booking of standard A.C room accommodation with services as offered by Rose Valley Hotels & Entertainment LTD.
Prvisional Booking No[protected], Booking Form No-10H11327823
Privilege option Rs 14800 (Only on cacellation of booking by the applicant)
But when I visit Jorhat Rose Valley Branch Office they are not willing to pay my deposit cancellation of booking amount.

unable to withdraw money after tenure

I have a rose velley policy recurring policy & it got matured in August however the company is not paying me back my money.I have gone to the branch more than 10 times spoken to the agent however the company is not paying back my money.
I am high diabetic patient & i belong to lower middle class family . The money I saved is for my treatment & After lot of sacrifices I have saved the money
Please help me getting that.

Road, Kolkata-700026 hereby declare that I have deposited Rs. 420/- each
against both the application every months since 2009 and the same has been matured on 13/01/2014.
I had submitted all the papers against my maturity on 13/12/2013 but still now I have not received any Cheque / Cash against maturity value from “Rose Valley Real Estates & Constructions Ltd.”
the aforesaid Company. I have repeatedly follow-up at regular basis
with Mr. Pushpendu Bhattacharjee, Branch Manager (Behala Branch) but every time
harassing me and given date every month after month.
I have inform to Regional office at 5, Mango Lane, Alfanso Estatem Kolkata - 700001, West Bengal,
India but they are not entertain regarding this matter.
Therefore I request you please co-operate to get refund the maturity amount from “Rose
Valley Real Estates & Constructions Ltd, Behala Branch, Kolkata”.
