I had booked hsrp for home delivery and the date for delivery was 28.02.2021. However it was not delivered. I raised a grievance both by mail and phone. I was given another date that is 6.3.2021. The ticket for the grievance is still active. However the time promised for today has elapsed and still the same has not been delivered. I called on grievance cell and I am promised and assured that the delivery shall be made but there is no progress.My order I'd is BMDLE6BB3FAC-1A57-43.

I had applied for an HSRP plate 30th December 2020 and the appointment for the fitment of the same was on January 23, 2021 at home premises.

There has been no notification/update from the vendor.
I have neither received the plate nor any notification as to when the same will be delivered either.
