The cake I have ordered from this site delivered too late & was completely different from which I have ordered. The customer care also very disappointed, not answering to the calls after once I talked to them. Also the operater was quite rude. They have completly misguided till my order delivery & lie to me until I placed the order that it will deliver soon....

This is Vibhuti Chaturvedi, i ordered 24 Red Roses for 14/02/2014 from this website "rosesngifts.com". First of all They told me to Pay Extra Amount for Valentine's Day Delivery. As the Delivery Area is Guduvanchery 603203 which falls in the Outskirts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu then again they told me to Pay Extra Charges. OKAY! As per their Norms i agreed on this also.
