I bought a package of marketing messages from Round SMS team. I tried sending the sending the messages for my marketing campaingn but none of those messages were delivered, when I raised the issue with the support they again and again to their self made report which showed that the messages had been delivered, which were not because I had placed a couple of my own numbers in the marketing list to check, those numbers did not received any...
