Dear Sir,
1. I am a member, with membership number RIHC1/111111/10847. My membership is in name of Sanjay Sood & Arti Sood.
2. My tenure of membership is from 2012 to 2036 as per the agreement.
3. I want to place on record the following issues:-
a) Every time I have used your services ( twice only till date), we have had extremely poor experience. We are initially told that requested dates are not available. Where as, same is being advertised for non members online. We have to fight to get dates confirmed, which should be our right.

b) Accommodation given to us, when we Check In, is always below par. First time it was a store room converted to a living accommodation & second time a closed musty room. Both times we had to put in complaints to get our rooms changed.

c) Management Charges as promised were to be nominal, which have now ballooned to Rs 20, 000/-. No data is shared with us as members on how same is being calculated. Keeping in mind that you are using same properties to generate earnings from non members also. We have already given a lump sum as membership fee.
d) We had put in a request for refund & cancellation of our membership. Same we had pursued with your management personally also in Goa and we were assured that same will be taken up. Then we were sent to an executive who wanted us to upgrade our membership.
3. All our concerns are not being met. Services given by you are below par. We reiterate that our membership be refunded as you have acted in a most unethical and unprofessional manner.
4. Lastly, your renewal certificate sent to us mentions are membership tenure as 2027 instead of 2036 as given in the agreement. Is such one sided flouting of agreement even legal.
5. We have checked your credentials online and have come to know o[censored]pteem individuals duped & defrauded by your company. We very much plan to take up the issue with Consumer Forums & Public Redressal Systems in case our complaint is not addressed in a given time frame.

I am received a reply received from Karma Group. They say that we cannot move out of the agreement with the company & would forgo all our investment. Secondly, they want us to meet their " Holiday Consultant" who wants us to pour more money in their company. I would especially like to draw the attention of Consumer Forum to the following :-

a) System of booking at best is opaque.

b) Once you have invested in the company there is absolutely no way out. Third last para of the reply says and I quote "We are rather surprised to know that you still wish to cancel the membership. Please note, the membership is non cancelable and non refundable as per the agreement." Can you believe it, in 21st century they have bonded consumers. You keep paying arbitrary Management Charges or lose your membership fee of lakhs, but you cannot question the company.

In case the group is so surprised by our decision to leave. Then, firstly honour that in the true entrepreneurial spirit and secondly look inside and remedy your systems. Stop the hollow preachings.

What is their remedy meet the "holiday consultant" who wants us to pump in more money in this venture.

We are looking at the Consumer Forum to take immediate & Corrective action to protect our Consumer interests.

I strongly recommend exemplary Penal & Legal action. I would be more than willing to provide all necessary information.

Sir,
we have not received any follow up on action taken on our complaint. In fact the company has approached us to pay them annual charges of approx Rs 20000/-

Karma Odyssey wants me to upgrade my membership. In other words put more money in the venture, whereas all I want is to exit with my money.
This is no amicable solution. I am open to resolution of my issues but certainly not putting in more money

    During my last year visit at Kerala, Royal India Holiday Club Marketing person met us & he gave Royal membership proposal. Based on discussion with him, We took Royal Resorts membership . My Purchase agreement no is RIHC7/280111/20436 & Loan agreement No. P6K1327

    We have paid partial payments immediately & Marketing person told us that balance amount will be paid by Parshuram Finance Pvt Ltd. & we will have 60 months installment without interest rate.

    Now Parshuram Finance Pvt Ltd is asking us 19 % reducing interest rate. This was not discussed at all.

    Marketing person was also told us that he is giving plan where we need to pay maintenance charges once in 2 years but we can take benefit of visit Royal Resorts every year. But when we discussed with Royal Resorts , they told us that We can visit once in 2 years only .

    We also not got any booklets & document s from Royal Group in last one year. I have not used any facility from Royal Group in last one year. Whenever I asked to book resort for my vacation every time they told that resort is full & no place is available. You need to book one year before. How I can plan before one year ?

    The Membership plan & loan plan which was discussed with us was different & we got different plan. Now Parshuram Finance is asking more installment from us & they told us if we will not get interest & installment , we will loose this facility.

    This is purely cheating has done with me. I also don't want to continue with Royal Group. I asked 3 to 4 times in this year to cancel my membership & refund my amount. But Royal India is not ready to do that. I hae called & mailed no of times but Royal India is not responding from day one.

    I am not getting any positive response from Royal India as they have already got full payment from Parshuram Finance.

    sir,this is second time i am giving u mail for the total payments done by me till now,plese get me the infomation that how much i have given & how much i have to pay more.

    My wife and my self also signed up royal resort with finance to pershuram finance pvt ltd. I am reading so many complain on web site so I can not complete this. Please advice me what should I do.

    Royal Goa club tied up with Pursharam Finance to dope people ( couples) visiting Tourist destinations such as Goa, Kerala etc.
    They have pretty websites such as "http://www.odysseypremier.com/" and cheat people by showing Carrot.

    I and my wife are also the victim who got cheated from this dual combo( Royal Goa + Pursharam Finance).
    They forced us to become members and also have paid 40% money till date and have not utilize the membership facitilites.

    The Promotional package which we received was so pathetic in Kerala ( The Resort ( so called) was under construction, Fungus all over the places inside the room, room were so small it hardly fetches Rs 500/- a day and costly meal, no proper assistance etc many more to mention.

    We had skin allergies and as a result suffer through mental agony and distress.
    I have been asking for "canceling our membership " sent multiple emails, conveyed by Phone, however the Parshuram Finance keep calling me for pending payment by changing the representative. Appreciate the patience and new proposals every time they come up with.

    As per the clause mentioned in the agreement "Parshuram Finance Pvt.Ltd" can cancel the membership on default and re-sell the membership to any body else, which also they are doing? wonder why?

    Have any body experienced such problems, how do we overcome these menance and help not go through such mental agony...
    Need help of almighty to tackle these deadly duo.

    Even we are in the same plight.did any1 got their membership cancelled ?Now Parshuram Finance is mailing & telling we have to undergo through legal action.We have paid for last 1 year & havent uttilised any of their offers.Pls help us ..

    Parshuram Finance Pvt Ltd — Royal holiday club refund of my amount by surrendering royal club membership
    During my visit at goa Royal India holiday club marketing person met us & he gave royal membership proposal. Based on discussion with him, we took royal resorts membership. My purchase agreement no is RIHC1/050514/15818 and membership no is 007335HMC
    Now Parshuram Finance Pvt Ltd is charging us 19 % reducing interest rate much higher than any other banks or private institution financing.
    We have paid 6 lakhs rupees till date and there was no information about the guest booking charges. Also they have been threatening us with legal action in case we do not continue to pay the loan.
    The outstanding amount is 1 lakhs rupees. Also to other people they have sold the membership at much lesser rate.
    We were told that if we pay and book at any time it will be 6000 rupees per week and there will be bonus weeks. Now for the same sometimes they are charging me 10000 rupees and sometimes they are charging 24000 for the same. What a disparity to deal with
