Dear Sir,
1. I am a member, with membership number RIHC1/111111/10847. My membership is in name of Sanjay Sood & Arti Sood.
2. My tenure of membership is from 2012 to 2036 as per the agreement.
3. I want to place on record the following issues:-
a) Every time I have used your services ( twice only till date), we have had extremely poor experience. We are initially told that requested dates are not available....

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved.
