I'm complainting about the Nepal Airlines airplane and services , flying from Bangkok to Kathmandu

I took a flight from Bangkok to Kathmandu on October 10th 2022 . I was really shocked to see the poor condition of the airplane. Lavatory was disgusting, flight attendent need training on customer service, seat covers were ripped off and the cabin(floor) needs serious cleaning. I even took some pictures and videos as proof but I cant upload them here, it says the file is too big even after I compressed it. A lot of passegers were requesting to have blankets however the flight attendants kept on telling that they prioritise children and so the others have to wait. But this is something that could have been avoided. Airlines have the confirmed bookings way ahead of the flight, is it possible to check guest preferences in advance? The passengers sitting next to me kept on requesting for a blanket and they finally got it 20 mins before landing. Thank God I prepared myself in advance.
I understand that, airline business is still recovering after the pandemic but this is not something really big to work on . Keeping the aircraft clean and spotless should be your priority. Flight attendants, please be polite and have softer tone when you're assisting passengers.

Sir i was not not given boarding pass ra 206 dated 25 dec 2017 ticket no[protected] pnr hwpoh time 10.40 am rs 5509 only at indira gandhi airport delhi i had original pan driving licence addhar card as per guidelines of immigration india valid for senior citizen more than 65 years i am 66 i had original voter id card also minor speeling mistake but vijay kumar did not issue me boarding pass later on flight also cancelled i was given exit entry at 4 pm from delhi airport vijay assured me on mobile phone [protected] i have recording also that he will definitely board me on 26 dec 2017 i reached airport at 6 am on 26 dec but he was not available and finally i called him at 11 am he did not listen to me and not allowed to board ra 206 i have suffered loss for bathinda to delhi and back taxi about rs 30000. Staying in hotel food my transport to airport again, of purchase of ticket and return ticket also for 1 january 2018 no kmt to delhi 8 am ticket no[protected] ra 205 rs 10845 pl cancel my this ticket also as it useless now please make my payment. No refund made for the loss & damage of backage
When i received my luggage at the conveiyer belt, my luggage was tampered with and some articles weare also missing for which i complined to the airlines and they agreed also that the contents weighing aprox. 2 Kgs.
I have been following it up for almost an year now but there is no positive response from their end.. I have also written emails to the airlines but nobody has bothered to respond to my even 1 email..
