I had sent my request to RPFC office for the correction through my employer HCL Technologies Ltd,

Below are my detail, kindly assist me with UAN and Aadhaar seeding.

I had submitted the correction form to RPFC office where UAN has to seed against Aadhaar, but it has been more than 45 days we're no response from PF office, unable to contact them either as the toll free and other numbers are not working, require intervene of any higher officials to resolve this issue.

I have sent FORM-13 revised through courier from Pune for EPS service transfer and it has already reached 2 weeks back but not received any update.Please provide update as early as possible.

My name is Ritu Dahiya
I have worked in Petrofac for 2 years. My UAN number is[protected].
After working in Petrofac Gurgaon office for 1 year and 3 months I was shifted to their Mumbai office in October 2020.
In the month of April 2021, I put a request to transfer my PF amount from Gurgaon office to Mumbai office PF account of same company as I was transferred to Mumbai office. The same was approved from Gurgaon branch and status shown in EPFO Passbook portal is this - the amount and services transferred from Gurgaon PF account to Mumbai PF account. This was done on 22 April. The amount was deducted from Gurgaon PF account but it is not yet received in Mumbai PF account. After I have raised a grievance in EPF grievance portal I got the below reply.
"Your previous transfer in amount has not been received in this office till date from RPFC, Gurgaon PF office. It might be pending in Nodal Officer login of RPFC, Gurgaon PF office. You are requested to contact RPFC, Gurgaon PF office with request them push the said transfer out amount from Nodal Officer login so as to reflect the same in this office system for approval."
Please look into the matter and provide resolution.

RPFC Dwarka New Delhi had sent a letter dated 24/03/2021 forwarding therewith my complete Application along with all applicable Annexures, towards approval of 2 Scheme Certificates in connection with my Application for Pension. The letter was sent by Courier on 25/03/2021, but till date no response was received till date, irrespective of my Mails, WhatsApp Messages. The reason is beyond my knowledge,

In case there is any problem in my case, I should be communicated for that. For how long my Application will remain in COLD BAG.

Kindly take necessary action in the matter at the earlist.

My name is Ranjan Jyoti Das and i am an ex employee of HCL technologies, Noida. Currently i am working with Vodafone India, Pune.

I have raised necessary service transferred request in EPFO portal so that my service get transferred to my current organization and requested for Annexure K to be updates in EPFO website. However despite of numerous emails sent i haven't get any direct response from HCL organization.

Finally i somehow find the responsible person to contact for PF / Service transfer from HCl technologies and what he suggested is to get in touch with RPFC Gurgaon.

Because of the above issue no matter when i raise any request for Pf amount withdrawal for my financial issue, it gets rejected stating insufficient service as my service in HCl technologies is not updated in EPFO website.

Please i am requesting you kindly help me in this matter. I have been chasing everyone as i can since last few months.

Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is Pramod Kumar. My UAN No. is[protected]. My pf balance deducted from my previous pf account GNGGN[protected] and not credited in my new account DSNHP[protected] so I have complaint against this issue to Gurgaon pf office and they have given annexure k to me and they told me your pf balance has already sent to Delhi pf account DSNHP[protected]. After that I have also complaint to delhi pf office DELSO/E/2021/04414 and given annexure k to Delhi pf office and they have checked and replied against my grievance DELSO/E/2021/04414 (Transfer not found in AO rejection login for approval). after that I have complaint to Gurgaon pf office also HRGGN/E/2021/14528 and they have replied (contact to RPFC office for further actions). I have already attached grievance documents for your reference but no one give solution to me yet so I request to you. please take necessary action on high priority, resolve this issue asap. Because of now I need money for some urgent work. So please look into the matter on an urgent basis. I really appreciate your efforts and support. My company name is CESTA Service LLP. I have complaints at web site (epfigms.gov.in) both pf office (Delhi & Gurgaon) regarding my pf balance transfer issue. But no solution found from Delhi pf office and Gurgaon pf office side. Both are saying please contact to Gurgaon RPFC Office for this issue, My Complaints registration no. below mention and the final reports are attached for the same.

I am currently working with Amdocs gurgaon.
My previous PF needs to be transferred to the current one.
The transfer is pending from last one year.

With reference to your grievance, your PF amount has been transferred to GN/GGN/29427/14682 by your previous PF TCS trust. so you need to contact RPFC Gurgaon office for further action and they will credit your transfer-in amount to your present PF account at their end.

I am currently working in CANARA HSBC OBC LIC LTD and my I
have resigned from my job my last working day is 19/09/2014. I had transferred

But in neither of the statements the PF is reflecting. Kindly in receiving my

I am Harjeet Kaur and my PF account#DL/14510/19315. I have applied PF trasnfer request in april 2010 to transfer PF amount from WIPRO to Amdocs LTD, and WIPRO has issued cheque #913885 to Amdocs Pvt.Ltd on 17/08/2010 but Amdocs has no information about the cheque and after enquring from WIpro again regarding status of same cheque, they told that cheque has been cleared in RPFC Gurgaon on 25.01.2011. But RPFC claim that...

I had applied for PF transfer (through my new company (Hughes) )on 25th May 2010 from Bharti. But till date the PF amount was not credited in my Hughes PF account.
I m in continuous follow up with DKM Online (Hughes PF maintained by this company) regarding the transfer status , but in the month of APR’12 , DKM said that your PF transfer has been rejected, and the reason is (father name mismatched).
After that I had applied for PF withdrawal (Bharti Airtel Services Ltd) from RPFC office Gurgaon. After 1 month of application my PF withdrawal application was rejected and the reason is (PF already settled). When I visited the PF office to know (where & when it got settled), I have shocked to know that the PF amount was already been transferred in Oct’10 to Hughes communication India Ltd PF account (RPFC Azadpur) and they copy of that document was given to me on a written application.
I said that the Hughes Communication PF account was maintained by RPFC Dwarka then why you have transfer the amount to RPFC Azadpur, they had no answer for that, and despite providing a solution they told me to visit RPFC Azadpur ..
I m again contact DKM online to check whether they have received any credit regarding my account or not, As per them my earlier application was rejected due to Father name Mismatch and they again said me to apply again for PF transfer, After that I had shared the RPFC Gurgaon document to them that the PF was already transfer to RPFC Delhi. After that they said me to visit RPFC Azadpur with this letter and with request letter to give credit of the same amount to new Hughes PF account or visit RPFC Gurgaon.
Sir, I request you to solve this matter on priority as I had resigned from Hughes Communication in Jan’12 and joined a new company (MYND Solution) and applied for PF transfer from Hughes Communication to my MYND Solutions PF account.
(a) I m not able to understand why the PF amount is transfer from RPFC Gurgaon to RPFC Azadpur when Hughes PF account is managed by RPFC Dwarka.
(b) Why should I Visit RPFC Azadpur of RPFC Dwarka, when there is not my fault.
(c) Who is responsible for delay in providing the credit in My New Hughes PF account.
(d) From 3 year my PF amount is with RPFC, who is given the interest on that amount and on which rate of interest.

I was an employee of Adidas Techincal services Pvt limited and my forms for settlement was duly submitted by my company in March 2012.
However in May(AFTER MORE THAN 45 DAYS) my company was informed By RPFC that the bank account details submitted by me was incorrect as it was only a 6 digit account number(bank is RBS). In response I resend the scan of a cheque leaf(though a cancelled cheque was already submitted with the forms) as a proof of the validity of the account number.

But the RPFC reverted saying that they will not accept This account number as valid and I need to provide a minimum 10 digit account which I again did.
RPFC has now asked me to resubmit all forms with the new 10 digit account details.

Its more than 60 days, since the submissions of forms the first time and my settlement has not been done and now after resubmission of new forms(done 1st June) it is expected to take another 45-60 days/

Please help me understand how does the government agency function and does not recognize bank accounts under 10 digit and why is it taking so long for the settlement with no clear direction from RPFC?

2006 to oct 2008. and my provident fund account was in RPFC Gurgaon
during this period.Now I am working in CMC limited and I have given the
Provident fund/ Pension fund transfer request to my company on 10 th
april 2009 and they have submiited the form no 13 to your office on
19th april 2009 but stll the transfer is not happened.CMC limited again
intimated you on 21 july 2009 for this request but they have no
response yet.

I have put a request for PF amount transfer from my previous employer infinite computer solutions to sapient when I was working in sapinet.
My PF amount 23, 511/- had been transferred to RPFC gurgaon account HR/26147/558 on 23/05/07.I have sent these details to sapient on 23rd October 2008.Sapient also submitted these details to RPFC Gurgaon on 24th Oct 2008.Since then RPFC Gurgaon not yet transferred fund to sapient.Once RPFC furgaon issues check to Sapient am able to get my PF money from Sapient.
Can you please sort out my issue?

I have put request for PF amount transfer when i was am working with Sapient from my previous employer Infinite computer solutions .
My PF amount has beed transferred from my previous employer to RPFC gurgaon account number HR/26147/558 on 23/05/07.
But RPFC gurgaon is not issuing check to sapient corporation till now.
Can you please sort out this problem?

My name is Alok Tripathi. I had applied at RPFC Bareily for transfer of my PF amount from account no.UP/22891/1249 to my new account no. E/DL/7303/04679.

I was intimated by RPFC Bareily that by mistake they have transferred my PF amount into my new pension fund account no HR/GGN/27200/01323 via cheque no 65712 dated[protected] amount 22, 587 Rs in favour of RPFC Gurgaon.
While claiming my pension fund withdrawn from account no HR/GGN/27200/01323, I have not received the transfered amount (22, 587 Rs) and I have only got my new company pension fund (12, 935 Rs) from RPFC Gurgaon. In-short I have not received my provident fund money of account no UP/22891/1249.
Please let me know that now how can I get my provident fund money of account no UP/22891/1249 as it seems that RPFC Gurgaon has not credited my provident fund money of account no UP/22891/1249 into my new pension fund account no HR/GGN/27200/01323.
