The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

More than a year delay in Passport
Hello Sir,
I have applied for the passport a year back in July 08 and I have'nt still received my passport.
The website keep on saying that
"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time"
This message has been displayed since Feb - March 2009 and its keep on updating . Due to the delay...

Hello Sir,
I have applied for passport in RPO -Lucknow in April 2007.. from Jhansi (U.P).
Till now i had not received my passport(at my given Address)...Though the few months back website of RPO -Lucknow's website was saying that "it had been sent to ur Address".
But after that it starting saying that "File information is either wrong or dosesn't exist "
