Sir,
I have booking special number about that my commercial vehicle registration, while the number is ap39x1234. That was time some net problem. Payment through my sbi debit card.
Payment debited but transaction was not successful.
Reference number is [protected]igafzgyil4 transfer to 459.
My savings account number is [protected]
And my debit card number...
Request for refund.

I gave 2+4 wheeler test at kondapur track on 14/05/2015 and passed out the test. The authority people gave me the passed receipt and told that the Driving License will be sent by courier on the address, But i didn't received the license yet. when i checked with the rta officer at kondapur, they said it is despatched on 20/05/2015 and told me to check at the local post office. when i checked at the post office they said they didn't received...
