मेने 2010 मे एक एक्टिवेट ख़रीदी जिसका नम्बर अपर लिखा है, जब में इसको ऑनलाइन अप्लाई करने लगा तो मुझे पता चला की यह एक कार का नंबर है जो की ऑनलाइन बोल रहा है, मेने इसके लिए फ़्राइडे को आरटीओ ऑफिस लुधियाना गया वहाँ मुझे मॉडिफिकेशन फॉर्म भरने को कहा, जो की मैंने भर के दिया, और मुझे आज के दिन बुलाया गया, जब मैंने उनसे पूछा तो आज वहाँ जो 4 नम्बर रूम मे साहिब बैठे थे उन्होंने कहा हम पहले कार वाले को नोटिस निकाले गे, आप दुबारा एप्लीकेशन दो, क्या एक कंज्यूमर इनके ऑफिस के चकर लगवाने के लिए यह विभाग बना है, मुझे यह जानना है, की जब कार ऑनलाइन बोल रहा है तो ऑफिसर अपना रिकॉर्ड पहले क्यों नहीं चेक किया, इस गलती का कारण क्या है और उसकी सजा मेरे को क्यों दिया जा रहा है कृपया मुझे बताया जाय,
इनकी गलती की वजह से मे कितना तंग हुआ इसका भी कारण मुझे बताया जाय .

I don't know how the government is supervising on RTO as they dropped my dl approval and i had to go to rto to tell them that my dl approval is pending since 2 months ...then whats the point of digitalising this process..

Application no[protected]its been one month since i passed my DL test and not received my licence till yet not even approved yet...

I have applied duplicate licence on dated 11/06/2021 vide application no.[protected]. But till now no processing of my application. Let me know how many month does take to issue a driving licence in india.

Kindly resolve my issue.

I have given my driving licence test at rto ludhiana on 21st august 2019. I have passed the test and application status got updated with test result on 23rd august 2019. It has been more than three weeks after the test and still my application is stucked at approval of driving licence stage. My application number is [[protected]]. Please look into it...
