Incomplete Driving Licence on RTA-m-wallet....

Hello good evening sir I have given my driving test for 2 wheeler [MCWG, MCWOG]
and I have passed. MyDL was approved on 30/4/2021 and it has been a month it has not even been printed

I had made an application for replacement of my driving license on 2nd Nov 2016 at RTA office UPPAL. Till date I have not received the Original card. When I check the status of the card online it shows the card was printed and dispatched. But when the Ems Number: EN[protected]IN is been checked online it shows no information and when enquired at the Post office they say it is an incorrect...
