Dear Sir,
My name is Apurba Sarkar. I have a bike whose number is WB26BX3564. I have applied for duplicate RC with Application no WB[protected]. It's been 37 days today, my RC has not been printed. RTO is not helping me in any way, so I request you to verify the fact that I can get the RC as soon as possible.

Sir/ Madam,

With due respect, please be informed, I am writing to you after much dissatisfaction and frustration as I find no where else to reach out to convey my grief. To start with, I would like to tell you that, I bought a Two Wheeler (Suzuki Gixxer) from Chandrani Suzuki, CCM Automobiles LLP (35/19 Jessore Road, Gouripur, Birati, Kol-51) on the 16th of March, 2020. The engine type of this model was a BS 4 as it was bought before 1st April 2020. Additionally this might be taken into consideration that the nationwide lockdown was not declared then.On the 20th of March, I received an SMS confirming that " [WB[protected]] received a sum of Rs 9117/- against new registration vide receipt no. WB25D[protected] dated 20-Mar-2020. From CCM Automobiles LLP Thanks BarasatRTO -Courtesy:MoRTH". However, after this, I have yet not received any SMS or any updates on the registration process. I have been regularly following up with the showroom correspondents upon which they were always giving me false hopes and finally told me last week that BS 4 registrations have been closed and I'll have to wait more. I came out as a complete shock to me as I have already invested my hard earned money into the liability and even though I bought it before the official declared date for stopping of BS 4 vehicles, I am still getting to hear this.

As a resident of the nation, I am today writing to you today to provide me with the correct information as I have known that the process should not have taken more than 45 days but for me it has already passed 5 months and still I see no hope. Also, please let me know if there are any online portals where I could check the status using my registration Vide No. (I could not google out any). Please understand, the situation is getting frustrating for me as I cannot move out with my vehicle still bought 5 months back and eventually if this continues, the machine would only remain a big piece of metal and nothing else.

I am begging your kindness today to look into the matter with very high hopes. I would be highly obliged if I get my registration plate sooner so that I can get to my workplaces and areas in my personal vehicle, the reason it was bought.

I cleared my lmv driving test from barasat (Westbengal) rto on 18th nov'2019. The online status shows i have cleared the exam however the physical dispatch of the dl and psv badge/ license card is still pending from the rto. It's been almost 7 months since i cleared the exam, my physical license card is yet to be sent to me. I am using the soft copy / print out of my license details downloaded from the sarathi website. Please help.
