I have submitted online duplicate licence request on[protected]. I have paid fees for the same. Whenever i visit on website (Parivahan seva) and check status it shows "documents under scrutiny". It's been more than a month i can see same application status. And jalgaon rto is not responding on phone/ email. Application comes under jalgaon rto. My address belongs to bhusawal.
