Poor service and Not yet received License with updated address

I am Naveen Chawla, I have received very poor service at RTO sonipat.
Had to wait long queues because the guy sitting at counter 3 goes on lunch for 2 hours .
Also my address is not yet updated on my DL its been almost a month

I applied for renewal of my driving license on 17/11/19 on line and made the payment on the same day that is 17/11/19.
On 21/11/19 i went to RTO -sonipat for submitting the form, Papers and SCRUTINY was completed on 21/11/19 and after that nothing has happened,
After that i kept waiting for but unfortunately nothing is happening.
kindly look in to the matter.
