I ordered silk paithani from rudra silks. When i received the parcel, it was a great disappointment that the saree is of worst quality, and not at all any silk type having jari work. Saree is totally different than what shown in photo.

Selling wrong product, not as per shown in google website.

By looking at the consumer complaints, looks like the company is running a fraud business.

I have ordered a Kanchivaram White and red saree about 1500/-, but received a cheap synthetic 200rs saree,
For return or replacement there so response by the website.

Rudra silk are very unprofessional, i bought a saree work rs 2000 but the saree was not looks like shown in the picture while ordering, very poor quality, when i tried to contact them they are not responded, their phone always switch off, send couple of mails but their also they didn't responded. We ordered a silk saree from Rudrasilks which was for Rs.1500. We recieved a cheap and worst quality saree which is not even silk. We did not get the saree shown on their website . We asked them for a refund but they are not responding. Before buying the product they responded on their WhatsApp number and gave all the fake details about the product. We tried to contact them after receiving the saree many times by their given WhatsApp number...

Rudra silk saree quality is very bad. They take direct address and send saree. I took with payment of Rs. 1499/- but saree is not worth of this value.
When asking return they said asked send email and photo.
Then there is no responce.
Please do not buy these Saree....

I had purchased a saree from Rudra Silk for Rs 1599.. have been delivered a very poor quality stuff and the colour is very different. Not matching with the one in display. They are not taking the phone call ..nor replying to the mail sent. FRAUD company....

We bought "SK20 Paitani silk saree" listed on seller's website at Rs. 1599. The product was listed as pure silk, paithani, weaved material.
However, product we actually received was some cheap quality printed cloth material, Not at all matching as described by seller.
this is straight forward case of fraud trying to dupe customer.

Rudra silk who is selling sarees in market are doing big fraud and someone need to caught them. They are playing with innocent peoples and messing their hard earn money.

Someone needs to stop them and give them some lesson....

I, Mohini Apastamb had ordered paithani silk saree JK15 of Rs.1399.00 with order ID #4093 on 19th July-20.

We are in receipt of the product on 27th July-20 .

It was totally disappointing to receive such a inferior quality of product which was not even worth for rs. 200/-.

We had immediately tried to communicate with rudra silk over a call without success so dropped a mail for the same on 27th...

There is no any reply from you or your representative to sort out wrong fiber sari delivered as silk saree.
You do not keep us as lingering. We need urgent replacement of sari or refund back. Ask your office to arrange collection of sari from our end.

This is a company that is selling fake goods under the tag of authentic artisan made goods. They say that their sarees are made by artisanal methods but Instead they sell printed sarees ( that too of the cheapest quality of cloth). This fraudulent company needs to be shut down. They don't reply to refund and return claims. I am not going to shut my mouth. Please raise this complain and take needed actions against them...
