This company is very dangerous as they are not deleting my Pan Card and bank details even after repeatedly sending them plenty of mails.
I hope they are not going to misuse my personal information.
I hope they are not cheating players
I suspect the are forcefully involving the players to come back and play for money which is completely wrong and threatening players our bank details and pan card will be banned and barred and blocked if we don't continue playing. This is absolutely a high threat to the life of the players.

They are blackmailing me the are misusing my details I guess kindly check and punish the RummyTime company

Player's exchange cards side by side making fraud screenshots has been mailed clearly stated that fraud is done but no use I think these people are sitting and making fraud number [protected]

I played rummytime. First theh made me win upto 10000 but after each and everyplay is certified cheating. I lost about 1 lack. I need my money back.

The server is been manuplated such like each time only one player will get more jokers so that he will be at least point so that at end he will only take all money, the player will be from company side i believe . I have recorded all games from last 4 days there is no single game won all games i lost. This company is like 3rd class company . The owner runs his family from our money i believe . My problem was 2000 debited from bank account but did not received on date 18 November 2021 after I connect to customer care they also said it will receive in 7 working day. Didn't received yet .
After I re connect customer care . he said send ur bank statement then I sent also. After I connect customer care he say it will come in 24 hours.
But didn't received.
Please solve my problem do as fast.
