Hello,

This is Ankesh Panchal, booked flat 2308 tower 14 at runwal gardens on 08/11/2020 by paying 1% booking amount of Rs 38420 plus GST. While booking we clearly informed your executive and your inhouse banks that we will combine mine as well as my father's income for loan and my father's retirement is near in 2022, and if loan not possible we will cancel our booking and take refund of booking amount and Axis bank executive assured us that your loan will be sanctioned within 15 days but they rejected the application several times saying my salary is transferred through IMPS and my father's retirement is near. Axis bank also took blank cheque from us saying it will be used for processing fees and it will not be deposited without informing us but axis bank deposited the cheque for Rs. 5900/- without our consent and when ask they said we forgot to inform you.

After several rejection we informed about the situation to runwal's loan department team Mr. Atul Malusare and Mr. Harvinder, they submitted our loan application to various bank but even they rejected stating same reason as axis bank.

So after all this frustration, we visited the site for booking cancellation and told to refund our booking amount but we were informed that runwal have no refund policy which we were never informed earlier while booking ever after explaining all the details, this clearly justifies we were cheated by runwal.

For booking cancellation I sent mail to Shreyas.[protected]@runwal.com & [protected]@runwal.com even after several reminders I did not get any response.

Look into this matter urgently and refund our booking amount (1%) at the earliest.

Now no one is responding to our calls form site and when called on board line and asked to transfer call to CRM, they put call on hold and do not transfer the call.

Worst experience in runwals dont book specially middle class families they doing cheating, assurity giving of loan and collecting amount

      Hello,
      I have cancelled my booking for my flat in Tower 11 0804 room no. Now the sales person Sanjita said that the token will not be refunded as per Runwal's policy. This was not informed to me before paying the token amount of 15000. This is a very bad scam i have seen by Runwal group. Usually I have a very good image about Runwal.
      Secondly, the loan person from Bajaj finance Rohit had given me commitment about the loan sanction before giving the token amount which was later changed twice. If I would have been informed earlier than I would have not proceeded with giving the token amount. As per my understanding a customer should not be asked to pay booking amount without proper commitment and sanction from bank.
      Could you please help me with my refund of the token amount given asap?

        I have booked flat in t - 15, 1803 in february 2020, with a booking amount of 51000/- due to health issues we have to cancel the booking. For which i have mailed to abhishek varma and amit samgiskar and chasing them since last 2 months, but no revert till date. Nor they reply to mail or over call.
        As i'm undergoing treatment for breast cancer in tata hospital which is been informed to them, coz of which i can't take much stress, anyhow i want my hard-earned money.
        This is harassment from their side as they are not responding.

          I had booked flat on 28.10.2019. We met your sales person and gaurav, hariom mishra of channel partner. We were informed if we cancel the booking due to finance not approved we will get our booking amount refund. We tried almost all the banks as guided by runwal team for home loan, but loan was not sanctioned. They asked to send the mail to ms usha ghadge for refund, we sent the mail for refund on 23.12.2019 we use to call ms sofia victor and ms usha ghadge from customer care department for the status of refund and they use to revert we had forwarded the mail to management this continue for nearly 4 months now when we asked for refund they are saying we will not get the refund. It was clearly stated to sales person and gaurav, hariom mishra of channel partner at the time of booking itself that if the finance is not approved in any case we want refund and they agreed for the same only after that we made booking amount payment. Please look into this matter it is our hard earn money.
