This company what we pay the instalment first it takes and we pay second instalment they wait and receive. After receipt the second instalment they lodge the claim to our Bank and take without our knowledge.
Thus making duplication of payment. When we ask to refund then they say we will not refund the duplicate payment and that is our company policy. By this way they wait and take our money so that you will lose the interest money...

I made the payment on[21/12/2019] and again there was an auto debit from my account on[24/12/2019] on 2:14 PM and the amount deducted from my account has not been credited to my account till date and the customer service number which is given in the web page is not responsible, Below are my contact details and loan details along with images which are screen shots.

I made the payment on[protected] and again there was an auto debit from my account on[protected] and the amount deducted has not been returned to my account even up till date[protected] and the customer service number given in the web page is not responsive.
