No transparency in billing no visibility of parts replaced in the vehicle. I have been charged 78k with no transparency and no vat bill till date. This is to hereby state that i had given by car for service with s. M. Cars which is in hosur road there was a noise in engine and service was carried out on an estimation of 15000 as shared by owner. Now without my consent he states that he has replaced close to 40 parts as per the hand written bill with an hefty amount dumped on me of rs 78000.
