A guy from Bihar's S Tel connection has been talking vulgar language every time i get a call. On blocking the number he called up from another S Tel number. Please take appropriate action against the number- [protected], [protected]....

I am a S Tel user since January 2010. On 24-Mar-2010, I received a message from STel which goes like this - 'S Tel ki ore se ab tak ka sabse akarshak local pack, Rs. 99 mein Batein karen UNLIMITED Bihar Aur Jharkhand mein, Offer simit samay ke liye, Val-30 Days'. Now this message does not indicate whether this offer is only for S Tel - S Tel local or all local calls. Going by the language, I paid Rs. 99/- for this pack...
