I was issued an e-challan of rs200 for no parking on 18/11/2019. But i am sure i did not park my moped in no parking. As a proof they have sent me photos of my no. Plate only. Which does not show i parked my vehicle in no parking.
In addition they have added rs 236 as toeing charge. Toeing was not done at all. Even i did not know i parked in no parking.

This is Rajat Sharma. today I want to tell you about a fraud person named "Sachin Bhaguji Shinde" alias "Sachin shinde". It's about 4 months he is making fool of mine. Before 4 months he has taken Rs. 80, 000 from me by making fake commitments. Now he is not picking up my call. There are many cases of people to whom he has taken money from them.
