Kindly replace my MAGNUM TROLLY CASE 4W.
I purchase it from your outlet at LuLu Mall Lucknow on dated 27/08/2023.
On 03/09/2023 I travel from Lucknow to Bangalore via Flight when I reach Bangalore and want to open my new MAGNUM TROLLY CASE l was unable to unlock the case . I tried very hard to open it but unable to unlock my new case. After 1 hour the situation was same so the I have to cut the zip lock of the case.

Side zip as displayed in picture as well as key chain hanger was also displayed by yours company, moreover no doubt its drawstring bag 44.2 blue ;however, stitching hanger and safari logo is just mentioned on the top of bag but in side out nothing .
