Dear [Consumer Complaint Forum],

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered with Sahara City Homes Marketing and Sales Corporation regarding a payment made under the Sahara City Homes Scheme.

On 31 December 2004, I entered into an agreement with Sahara City Homes Marketing and Sales Corporation and made a payment of ₹99, 331 towards the aforementioned scheme. As per the terms of the agreement, Sahara City Homes was responsible for delivering certain services or products within a specified timeframe. However, I regret to inform you that despite the considerable time elapsed since the payment was made, the promised deliverables have not been provided to me.

The delay in the delivery of the agreed-upon services/products has caused inconvenience and financial strain on my end. I have made numerous attempts to reach out to Sahara City Homes to address this matter, but unfortunately, I have not received a satisfactory response.

Therefore, I kindly request your intervention in this matter. I am seeking a refund of the amount paid, ₹99, 331, along with compensation for the undue delay in delivering the promised services/products. This compensation is warranted considering the inconvenience and financial repercussions I have endured due to Sahara City Homes' failure to fulfill their obligations.

I have attached copies of all relevant documents, including the agreement, payment receipts, and correspondence with Sahara City Homes, for your reference. I trust that you will thoroughly investigate this issue and take appropriate action to resolve it in a fair and timely manner.

However, your project with regard to above scheme has not been approved and you (the Company) has not refunded/returned the above said amount of Rs.1, 60, 700/- to the complainant till date, which is against the principal of natural justice as well as against the relevant provisions of law, which amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice on the part of company.

Hence, In view of the judgement passed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, you-the company is liable to refund/return the sad amount of Rs. 1, 60, 700/- to the complainant Arvinder Kaur at the earliest.

7 to 10 years gone still we have no reply or any response from SAHARA CITY HOMES MARKETING AND SALES CORPORATION .

what has to be done ? or whats the progress in chhattisgarh project ?
i will get the house or not ? or my money would be returned by the company .?

Just wants the reply and help me out for this what should i do ?
