I invested Rs10, 000/- in Sahara Rajat Yojna (Option C) on 14th Feb 2004 with a commitment to get a credit of 25, 940 on completion of 10 years. I have to approach Sahara India Parivar Phagwara Branch and Lucknow branch to get the refund against the same for the last several years. However, I have never gotten any positive response till now. I understand their Phagwara branch is closed, and my funds are stuck.

I am looking for your help to get the refund against the same with Interest.

So tell me how can I get my matured amount please help me getting matured money . This message I sent sometime before. Then I received call from vinay singh from [protected] at 10:00 am today morning. He told me he was calling from consumer complaint from noida office and asked me to provide 50 rs amount for registration then only complaint will processed and he asked me my icici card no. for paying 50 rs and I provided him. After some time about 10000 rs was deducted from my account. So Please take suitable action.

I have deposited Rs.10000/- for Sahara Rajat Yojna by Control no.[protected] dtd. 11/8/2003 in the name of my son Vihar Mande.I have applied for pre-maturity depoist on 03/09/2010 through Branch Manager Baroda office . But the Baroda Branch directly paid my refund amount to Agent without my consent. Now the Agent is not giving back the money to me

The Branch Manager is having any power to refund the money to agent without written consent of customer.?

Kindly clarify the matter and refund my money with interest immediately to my son Vihar Mande.

In this regards, I am very sorry to say that I was submitted withdrawal application form on dated.1106.2010. At your Ratu road Branch. But till date I have not received any information regarding for the same. So I want to know the whole status of my refund money?

This is to request that my father had an account with Sahara India in his name under the housing scheme of Sahara India "Sahara Rajat Yojana" started in the year 2002. There was a deposit of Rs. 10000 under the scheme.

There was a provision of Rs. 50000 on the accidental death of the scheme holder.

I submitted required papers to the concerned department of Sahara India several times. But due to the neglegence of their workers, submission of those documents to the head office got delayed.

After following about 2.5 Years of process for submission of documents, they say that they cannot pay the money because submission of the request had been delayed


Please help me to get the money specified as death help.

I am 65 year old person and had booked flats with your esteemed organization in October 2004 that time I was assured by your representative that flats would be given to us is NCR with in year, but I have not heard anything on this since than. I was contacted by your co. representative in October 2009(after 5 years of booking) and they informed to me that Housing scheme is closed and I have to shift that amount to another group co. as a fixed deposit for ten year. And my application amount cannot be refunded with interest. I am shocked by this information, as a old person and due to ill health I am unable to continue deposit with Sahara India Commercial co. Ltd. I have already resubmitted & handed over passbook and relevant forms for refund to your representative of east delhi branch (Dishand Garden/ Preet Vihar Branch) about a month back & I was assured that refund will be made to me with in fifteen days but still amount refund cheque is not sent to me. I believe you will understand my plight and circumstance and refund my application money along with interest without further delay.

When I enquired about the same in the home branch I was given an extremely unsatisfactory reply. They wanted me to go through their official records of last six years to know my status on the issue.

May I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action so that I may come to know if I have been alotted any coupan or not.

This is the referance of registration in Rajat Housing yojna. I have done my registration in the said policy on 12/06/04 vide Contral No [protected] in the name of Mr. Rakesh Kapoor.

I have got the refund of the said policy vide cheque no 727864 of Bank of Baroda dated 04/08/07. to which i had deposied in my bank account, but the same is misplaced in transit by bank. After no of follow-ups our bank has wrote a letter a to Bank or baroda, in reply of that Bank of Baroda has confirm that they did not recieve any cheque with the mentioned details.

After that i have submitted all required docs for issuance new cheque 2 month back however till date i have not recieve my duplicat cheque. I have taken that policy from Bhiwani ( Haryana) and i am in touch with Mr. yaday. who is not giving any clear status of the duplicate cheque.

Kindly resolve the matter on priorty.

My mother had invested one lakh rupees in the Sahara Rajat Yojna scheme in 26-June-2003. Now after maturity, the agent is not giving back the money and instead he is saying that he has re-invested the money in another scheme which will mature in 2013.
The amount was invested in Bhagalpur branch in Bihar.
Now, we want our money back.
Please let us know whom to approach. Also now, we have left Bhagalpur (Bihar), and my mother stays in Delhi.

I have invested Rs.10000/- on 14.05.2003 in sahara rajat yojna in your Mahasamund Office (Chhatisgarh). I want refund of the said amount for the education of my son. I approached your Memnagar, Ahmedabad Office, in the month of Sept.2008. They have advised that I have to first submit application with Mahasamund Branch for transfer of account. I have submitted the same in the Sept.08 with Mahasamund Branch.

I have been advised by your Memnagar Ahmedabad Office that the account has been transferred to Ahmedabad in Dec.2009. I also had gift coupon of Rs.5000, which I submitted to your Ahmedabad Office on 20.01.2009 for lodging demand. The Office staff has advised that I will get demand advice within a weeks time but I never received the demand notice will 20.02.2009. On 20.02.2009 the office staff has advised that the gift coupon is not 5000 and it is 10000 and I will get only 6900 purchase coupon after deduction of tax. I was advised to come on 24.02.2009. I again went on 26.02.2009 to your office, but that time also they could not able to give the purchase coupon. The staff has advised that due to some problem, the coupon is not downloding since 21.01.2009.

They have advised me that if I surrender the coupon, they they will manage to refund the money by 15.04.2009. I have given in writing regarding surrender of the coupon and also given request for premature of fd on 26.02.2009.

In this connection, I shall be glad if you please advise me the process of refund of my money. For refund of my own money, I am facing lot of problems from your Memnagar Office, for last 3 -4 months. Further, I have also given in writing for non claim for gift vouchers and how the gift coupon of 5000 become 10000 suddenly and tax will be deducted for 3100.

I seek your early intervention in the matter under advise to me at my above email.
