सर मैं राजकुमार झारिया पता 10 18 पटेल नगर महाराजपुर जबलपुर मध्य प्रदेश का निवासी हूं बाइक नंबर Mp 20NW9278
की सर्विस साहिल होंडा चौथा पुल जबलपुर 10/12/2023 को करवाई थी जिसमें मैंने बोला था पूरी सर्विस और कोंबो ब्रेक जाम हो रहा था जिसमें सर्विस का चार्ज 4275 का बिल हुआ
जिस पर गाड़ी में पिछला ब्रेक शू अगला डिस्क ब्रेक की प्लेट अगला ब्रेक पैड इंजन ऑयल एयर फिल्टर आदि शामिल थे ।
गाड़ी सर्विस होने के बाद गाड़ी घर लाते समय बीच में गाड़ी रुक गई जिसमें आगे का चाका जाम हो गया मैंने सर्विस सेंटर वालों को कॉल किया तो उन्होंने बोला कहीं भी गाड़ी का ब्रेक खुलवा लो और गाड़ी मेरे पास लेकर आ जाओ मैं गाड़ी लेकर गया फिर उन्होंने रिपेयर करके फिर गाड़ी मुझे दे दी मैं वहां से गाड़ी लेकर घर आया सुबह फिर चलाया तो फिर अगला ब्रेक जाम हो गया और ना ही चाका चल रहा और थोड़ा चलाया भी तो प्लेट बहुत ज्यादा गर्म हो रही है मैंने सर्विस सेंटर में कॉल किया उन्होंने बताया की आपको गाड़ी सर्विस सेंटर तक लेकर आना पड़ेगा अब मेरी गाड़ी जाम खड़ी हुई है और मैं गाड़ी लेकर कैसे उन्होंने बोला आपका सर्विस चार्ज लगेगा और विजिट करने जो आएगा उसका भी चार्ज लगेगा जब मैं सर्विस चार्ज पूरा दिया है तो उन्होंने गाड़ी पूरी सही तरीके से रिपेयर करके क्यों नहीं दी इसके बाद फिर से दोबारा चार्ज लगने के लिए बोल रहे हैं गाड़ी का अभी 2 साल पूरा नहीं हुआ और गाड़ी में ऐसी प्रॉब्लम आ रही है मैं ऐसी प्रॉब्लम देखकर बहुत परेशान हूं सही मायने पर मैंने कंप्लेंट बनाई और मैं साहिल होंडा से निवेदन करता हूं कि मेरी गाड़ी सही तरीके से रिपेयर की जाए अन्यथा साहिल होंडा पर कार्रवाई करने के लिए तैयार हूं उसका जिम्मेदार सर्विस सेंटर होगा जो कि मुझे सही सर्विस नहीं दे रहा है और पैसे पूरे लिए जा रहे हैं

Dear sir/madam,
I have purchased honda cb shine bike on dated 07/03/2016, but after 28 days it run upto 803 km and has given to first service. During service period the clutch plate was found dead & they are not replacing, it and demanding charge of 1000/- rs, as per customer booklet page no -83 & 84.In which replacement free charge is given.This matter was already discussed at 5:00 pm on dated 15/04/2016.(Crm) with mr. Shailendra kulchuri but he could not given the satisfactory answer and said”.The company will give me the order and i will follow it.In this way i am to much distressed from this attitude of staff members because he doesn’t know the meaning of customer booklet page no 83-84. So i kindly requested look this matter seriously .I am waiting for call response eagerly.

I have purchased honda activa from sahil honda jabalpur and they charged Rs375 as RTO broker charges and they don't provide us any receipt of it so we don't have any proof for it...though i know that they do dealers point registration from there side that is free of charge facility from mp transport for customers and i asked them so but they said u have to pay for RTO otherwise get it done urself .some government authority please look into the matter as these people are encouraging corruption and filling their pockets on such marvelous facilities of government...
