Dear Harinath Reddy,
Subject- Handing over the Europa naturae Park to plot owners with all facilities as promised at the time of Registration/ as per sale deed.
We are making use of this platform to make you understand that you have to hand over the Europa Naturae Park Gated community in proper working state. All that was promised must be handed over but not limited to water, electricity sewerage only. All ongoing disputes must be sorted out by you .Make a healthy environment to stay rather than provoking people to post vengeful posts which will only defame your institution. Several plot owners lost patience and all hell is broke lose as seen in various posts.
Please do the needful and hand over the functional layout .Happy Diwali to You and your family.

The association of Europa is not functioning properly. They did not invite Harinath Reddy and all the mess here .

Who is the President and why he sent two different minutes of the meeting to Harinath reddy. Plot owners must ask the President.

Association has not send who all attended the last AGM. The money they collected 10000 from all of them is not known. Treasurer not updating the accounts. CA's audit report is not published so far. Kundan Pandey must be removed from the group if he sold his plot and bought in vidyaranyapura. Why he must hang with association group when he is not doing one single paisa work. He has to return the money with whom he took loan. Some plot owners invested for him about 15 lakhs.

The Treasurer, Awdhesh Kumar is total rubbish garbage . If my statement is untrue then see whatsapp message . no postings of the expenditure and expenses for[protected] and[protected] and nothing this financial year .
This awdhesh is making money from plot owners, as happens all associations. Kesav prasad is a transgender and he is dependent on venkatesh murthy .
Minutes of meeting posted without attendees list - no transparency in the funds- kundan pandey left association and no one knows - kundan pandey sold his plot - cheated 2 plot owners - etc
