Not adressing wall and floor issue after possession
The wall is getting damp and paint is coming off. Bathroom tiles have not been fixed properly, leading to water entry. Sattva is not taking responsibility to correct it.

salarpuia sattva cheating the customers

Hi,
I have booked a flat from salarpuria sattva anugraha. This project is jointly developed by land owner and salarpuria sattva. I have booked this flat in mane utsav. I would like to inform you that i have booked eastfacing flat as per brochers with extra cost of east facing and i have visited the site site person informed me its west facing flat. I could not get that flat. After approach to salarpuria sales team changed my flat to 12th floor in different tower hence i requested so many time to change my flat now salarpuria is mentioning what ever is given for that you need to pay the amount. We have check with other sales person still so many flat are vacant. As they are not ready to accept their mistakes.

gst applied illegally on flat booked before 1st july

Hi, i have booked a flat from salarpuria sattva (Cadenza). This project is jointly developed by land owner and salarpuria sattva. I booked this flat from land owner share. Sale agreement price was 75 lakh, including amenities, car parking and other things like club house, advance maintanance.
Sale aggrement was done on april 2017.
In sale aggrement they have not mentioned any tax component like vat or service tax.
Now after gst got implemented ther are asking for 12 % gst on the total flat cost.
Which is arround 9 lakhs.
I requested them to take the gst amount which is extra from earlier tax system.
They are not aggreing to my proposal.
They are saying either pay full gst which is 12 and 18 %.
They want to canel the flat now and discontinue the sale aggrement.
My question is whether they are legally right to take extra 12 % on the amount mentioned in sale aggrement?
If so, then whether they have not taken and given any tax to the government?
Why freshly they are charging extra 12 %?
Should i put a case against them?

Cheating on multiple fronts

Greenage apartments
The builder has cheated on multple front.
- Told we get can khatas but hasnt paid betterment fees and property is now useless B khata property
- No cauvery water for 3 years after possession. On top of that builder is earning interest on cauvery water deposit paid to him
- exorbitant Maintenance charges
- Hasnt agreed to legal RWA even after 3 years after possession
- Poor interiors which break down within a year
- late in giving all amenities.
- Poor security for a 800 flat apartment complex. Hardly 5-10 people

penalty charges for delay in apartment possession

Project melody was lunched on jul 2010 in bangalore mysore road and as per agreement it is supposed to be handover in 2 years i.e by dec 2012.but the pocession is yet not done and 90% payment is done and builder is asking for remaining 10% for full and final amount and not giving the penaltyamount rs6 per sqft per month as per agreement
