Services at Loreal Hair Saloon is not good today I went to hair cut at Loreal Paris saloon situated at Lingad Gudi Road Vijaypur 586101 Karnataka the employee behavior is rude

I am staying in Indira nagar (near Indira nagar Police chowky )santacruz east, I went to Saloon for my Son haicut, but Saloon owner told me that they don't haircut of small children, now I want to know that if he will tell that he doesn't hair cut of small child than where small child will go to cut the hair.
Saloon owner is Bengali.

Please look into this matter....
