Ref No.[protected]. I have booked the cylinder on[protected], it hasnt been delivered till today[protected]. I have received a message stating that cylinder has been delivered which in fact wasnt. I tjink the delivery agents are selling them in black. They do not answer any calls, even after calling for hundreds of times. No sings of customer service. Many people are facing similar kind of issues. Why arent they bothered to work on their service?

while i am trying to book by gas for refill, these are not at all lifting the phone.
i am trying from last 10 days. i am not succeeded to book my gas by phone.
these are very care less service providing.
