Initially i went to samsung service center on july 27th for note 5 display issue, they told that the part is not available and the parts will get in one week and ask me to call after one week. After 3 days they said they can either replace or refund the amount. I had submitted the mobile for refund and they told that i will receive the update with in 3 days.
But till now i have not received the refund amount and also no proper...

a perches of a mobile phone the date of 5th may, 2011 from e-zone . after 2 days the phone as not working properly as phone's lcd damage automatically.i have already launch the e-zone as well as Samsung service center in kolkata ,i'll didn't get proper service from service center.they are calming 1200 rs. for resolve the problem. i am so disappointed this company and put the request to consumer four am to take a needful step.br...
