मेरे area में ekcart logistic service office boys/owner बहूत बेकार लोग है उनसे हमरे area के बहुत लोग परेसान है मैंने पहले बी filpkart में complaint की है लेकिन कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई है. अभी फिर से वहीँ problem आ रही। और मैंने filpkart के old order details mail मे attached की है अगर आप मेरे एरिया में प्रोडक्ट डिलीवरी नहीं कर सकते तो अरे पिन ब्लॉक कर दो और आर्डर मंत लो. इस बार मुझे कोई solulation नहीं मिला तो consumer court में complaint register कर दूगा।

जब तक मुझे प्रॉपर सोलुअशन नहीं मिलेगा तब तक mail का reminder आता रहेगा.

    I am writing this letter to get to your notice About how we got cheated during our kedarnath yatra, a guy from kedarnath took Rs 1, 53, 324 from us in promise of arranging the helicopter for kedarnath yatra
    We got cheated and he didn’t provide us chopper and ran away with money
    Although his phone is on making fake promises to return it, but he didn’t
    I had all the screenshots of the payment, i will attach with this mail
    I had made a payment to him by online mode on 17 may 2022
    I will attaching his number too.
    Please we are requesting you to please help us to recover our money and take strict action against him so that he can’t be lotted another devotee who is marching to Kedarnath or any holy places

            Have been charged 4999/- as credit vidya fees. Which was never informed or i am aware of.

            I dont want any credit vidya report or never i was informed about this. As per my email while sending ok the only charge mentioned is od activation charges which is flexi fee.

            Need the repayment of same at the earliest. If not will go to consumer and rbi for hidden charges leveraging on customer and false promised before transaction.

                            Swastik educations consultancy based in chandigarh is a fake company. I went there for admission in ba distance. There are two people who deal in educational things one is abhishek (Mobile number +[protected] other person is kamal kant lakhera, mobile numbers are [protected] & [protected]. Both are frauds, i paid them 50, 000 rs. For my admission in ba. They have looted all my money and didn't take any action. After few months, when i asked them for refund they are not replying.                               this is to inform you i purchase a phone by home credit India Samsung Galaxy dous i pay advance payment 2480 and 800*9 installment.. i pay all the payment by cash b, coz home credit india executive say your account detail not match so we not received any installment i told him u add my other bank detail and cut the installment account he says sir this is not possible so u pay all the payment by cash i told him u provide me any executive to come my office and collect installment he said this is also not possible... he said to me only option u pay cash i told him this is not possible b, coz i m also working in a farm so i have no time then he said to me when u free then u pay no problem so i said okay when i free then i defiantly pay ur installment...i pay all the installment by cash but after 5 6 month letter home credit india, s executive call me and told me your have to pay 4000/- for some let charges and not give me any NOC and told me when you pay let extra changes than i clear you account otherwise u pay u have to pay more amount let charges on let charges and call me 40 50 time in a day...and irritating me.

ON 15TH OF DEC-2007 (SATURDAY) AT APPROX. 6.40 PM I MADE A CASH TRANSACTION THROUGH MY ATM CARD AT PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK –DORAHA FOR RS. 10000.00 (RS TEN THOUSAND ONLY).                                   This is refer to my complaint of non receipt of cash we have made a cash transaction on 15.12.2007 at approx.6.40 P.M at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK DORAHA- PUNJAB but our account has debited but we have not received the cash till now almost three years has been passed but we have not received the refund of Rs.10000/- in our account SB 19936. We got a call on dated 02.05.2018 from this number +91 [protected] and she said that she will send me reply in written but still i have not received any reply.

                                  I request you please It should be thoroughly investigated and tell me that why have not I been given the answer till date and if there is any lacking of bank system then why hide it.
