I got his contact from Justdial for NOC of my 2 wheeler. He asked for 4, 000 Rs in exchange of work and promised me that he will get it done within 4 days. But now it's been around a month and he is not answering my calls nor my messages.

I got his contact from Justdial regarding NOC for my 2 wheeler.
He took all my documents and told me to pay 4, 000 Rs for the NOC.
HE paid him on 21/01/2023 and he promised me that I would be getting the NOC with 4 days.
But now he is not answering my calls nor my messages

Sanjay Nagpal has taken my documents (chassis no. tracing, insurance and 2 copies of Form 28) to get the NOC issued of my car - DL9CT3078
He demanded Rs.4000 for issuing the NOC which was paid to him by Google Pay (UPI ID[protected] on June 29, 2021.

He was supposed to send the NOC latest by July 10, 2021 after which he blocked my number and stopped responding to my messages. I made repeated calls but to no avail. Today when I called him with much difficulty he asked me to pay Rs.4000 more for which he has no explanation. Whenever I call him he simply disconnects the call midway and is now refusing to refund my money.

Earlier also I told him to refund my money but that time he committed to get my work done by 10 July 2021. Now its has been 15 days past his commitment and I am very much troubled by his behaviour and false claims. He is making me go through a lot of mental agony.

Kindly look into the matter and help me get my original documents and money back from this man.

He took Rs. 3000 to get the ownership of the bike to be transferred under my name. Later he called up and asked for Rs 500 more to get the RC card generated and he stated that he this is all we require.

Once, the document was generated and after 2 weeks, I asked him about the card.
He said, RtO people are asking more. Please give me Rs 500 more and I will give the card to you. I again gave him Rs 500.

He then stopped taking my calls. He stopped responding to the whatsapp messages.
I called him 7 times a day but he is not picking up calls.

I don't know, what does he gets by doing such things.. He asked for money, I gave him..
Please take an action against him and get my RC card to me.

I had given 5000 RS to Sanjay Nagpal owner of sanish enterprises for the removal of blacklist of my car which is wrongly entered in vahan application .and RTO .I found his detail on sulekha.com under the category of RTO agent in Delhi NCR .it's been 10 days he is not responding my call not giving any reply on WhatsApp .and not even returning all my document and money I given to him for this work .I called him almost 100 times but no response from his side.please Lodge a complaint against this person he is a fraud guy.

I had given two copies of original RC, Form 29 and 30 along with copy of insurance, aadhar card and pollution certificate of my bike to Sanjay nagpal ( Company Name - A-One Passport Services / Sanish Enterprise) for which I purchased from Mrs Meenashi Russi to for transfer the same into my name- bike number is DL3SEE7786.and paid 3800 through paytm rs on this mobile number [protected] for his services on 11th March 2021 he has applied the transfer formalities and sent a receipt of generated from VAHAN on same day.
All the documents and amount paid at place near to star mall Gurgaon sector 30
Till date its showing same status on PARIVAN websites and he is every day saying that it will take 1 or 2 days more and started talking rudely with me and not giving any satisfactory answers or har bar mere ko gandi gandi galiya nikalta hai and jan se marne ki dhamki deta h

Later I asked him to return my RC and documents but he has not returned inspite of multiple calls and reminders.and he started threatening me ki jan se mar dunga and har call pe galiya message pe galiya nikalne lag gaya

While receiving original RC and amount, he gave me his visiting card on which address of his office is mentioned as A-One Passport Services, Ahinsa Khand 2, Indirapuram

I tried to track him on internet and found he is registered with multiple company names like Sanish Enterprises, Isha Enterprises, A-One Passport. As per his visiting card his company name is A-One Passport whereas he had informed me his paytm is registered as Sanish Enterprises. Website of Isha Enterprises shows same visiting card he had given to me.

I am very much worried as without Original RC, Form I won't be able to use my vehicle and probably RTO at Delhi won't accept any requests without original RC.
I am also afraid if he misuses original documents of my bike. He not returning my original documents is giving me serious mental agony. And mere ko daily galiya nikalta hai.

Kindly take appropriate action against this RTO Agent and help me in getting original documents of my vehicle.

Mene Delhi se Bike liye tha Mrs Meenakshi Russi se jiska registration number DL3SEE7786. same bike to transfer karane ke liye mene Mr sanjay Nagpal se contact kiya or muje unke number just dail se mile the, Unhone bola ki wo kara denge or ap muje ye required documents dedo or orignal RC dedo, Mene bola NOC abhi owner ke pass nai h to unhone bola ki me nikal lunga bank se.

Further mene bola ki mere pass koi delhi ka address nai h to unhone bola koi nai kis janne wale ka address de dena me karwa dunga ye sab bat meri call pe or messgae me hui thi.

11march 2021 ko unka call aaya ki wo guragon aa rahe h to ap document and pese dedo usi din near star tower sector 30 unse milke mene unko

3.Polution certificate
4.Form no 29 and 30 (Unsigned -Jesa unhone bola)
5.3800 Rs amount

Mene unko de diya and same day unhone receipt genrate karke mere ko dedi . Uske bad 7 din ke bad mene unse puchna start kiya ki kab hoga transfer to pahle bahane banane laga and bad me galiya nikalne laga mera number bhi block kar diya and jan se marne ki dhamki dene laga.

Pichle 2 mahine se diffrent number se try kar raha hu wo muje galiya nikalta h and marne ki dhamki deta h jiski call recording mere pass h

Last me mene use bola muje bike nai transfer karwani h ap mener documents and amont transfer karo and apki fess kat lo to dhamki deta h phone nai pick karta hai.

Me bahut worried hu wo mere documents ka mis-use nai karle
Phir mene es insan ke bare me google liye to pata chala ye bahut logo se sath esa karta h

Dear Authorities please isko rokiye ye bahut bada fraud h and bahut logo ko paresan kar raha h

Sanjay Nagpal who is RTO agent has cheated me by providing fake RC of my CAR registered at MALL Road, Delhi.

I had contacted to Mr. Sanjay Nagpal ( Company Name - A-One Passport Services / Sanish Enterprise) through Sulekha .com for duplicate RC of my Car (DL01CN2637). The deal has been confirmed in Rs. 3500 and he told me to pay Rs. 1500 (100+500) in advance. I paid the above mentioned amount through paytm ( payment receipt attached). After 3 days he gave me the RC of my car and I paid the rest amount (Rs. 2000) through paytm (payment slip enclosed). After one week when I visited the RTO office to endorsed CNG on my paper, I came to know that the RC provided by him is fake.

When I called him he started abusive language and told that I will se you. After that he blocked my number and is not receiving my phone.

I tried to track him on internet and found he is registered with multiple company names like Sanish Enterprises, Isha Enterprises, A-One Passport. As per his visiting card his company name is A-One Passport whereas he had informed me his paytm is registered as Sanish Enterprises. Website of Isha Enterprises shows same visiting card he had given to me.

I am surprised to see that he is cheating people so easily and no one is aware of this and doing this 420 business freely.

This is a serious offense and I request you please Kindly take appropriate action against this RTO Agent and help me in getting my money back.

My name is rajesh from banglore..cars24 franchise dealer..I got agent number from sulekha website name Sanjay nagpal..to do delhi rto works..in last year april I given 1st documents for name tranfer for him..and he made it and given..and later I told him I have regular documentation works if you do properly I will give you good business..he also agreed..after that I given 3 car documents for name tranfer and 21k amount..in November 2020..from tat day..he is started one by one reasons..finally my customers started scolding me for work not done..so I asked him to return my original documents and money back..than he blocked my number..I have requested him atleast send my documents back..because my customers scolding me badly ..but not even single reply from him..I have completed phone voice calls, messages, money transfer details..plz somebody help me in this..
