Sanjeevani Buildcon Complaints & Reviews

I purchased 1500 sq ft of land of Plot No.733, khata No.89 at Pundag (Nagri Block) from Sanjeevani Buildcon who had fraudulent plans of establishing Aishwarya Residency Phase II. I got the registration done on 27 Jan 2010 and mutation was completed in Nov 2011. None of the original papers have been handed over to us neither by the Govt officials nor by Sanjeevani people. When we went to take possession of the land, some other locals residing in the vicinity claimed for the plot and stated signs of resorting to violence. Presently all the representatives of Sanjeevani have fled away, being chased by our responsible Police. This fraud company could gather guts to cheat all and sundry because of it being judged phenomenally upright by the State and City administration. Feather on the crown was coveted award to the company by The Honorable Governor and The Chief Minister of Jharkhand. Why would we not trust them? Now we can only beg for suitable and timely justice in favour of all victims. I am an army officer who seldom gets time to visit home town owing to posting at non conducive places, so I appeal to all concerned to help us drive out from this unpredictable problem.

This is with respect to regd of 1750 sqft in Aiswariya project ,mutation pending over a period of 800 days .
I am expecting the land to be free from any dispute & to be mutation with in a reasonable days.
Your director & many senior executive given a false commitment.
I afraid of being cheated ,seing the surrounded scenario regarding land & property dealer, in Jharkhand
