Dear Sir,
I would like to mention certain harsh realities which I experienced from Santhimadom. I had already faced some bitter experience from builders and my apprehensions about builders were shared with Chariman Sir during our first meeting itself. I blindly believed Santhimadom and never expected such a situation. First of all I could not succeed in my whole hearted attempt to have a residence in the land of ‘Lord Guruvayurappanâ€. Secondly with this bitter experience I have lost faith in all builders. My concern is more about the human tendency, changing colours and the ulterior selfish motives of the society than that of loss of money.
Santhimadom taught me a big lesson in my life that how tactfully people are being attracted and finally being harassed. While the process of booking the villa was going on, my each miss call was reciprocated with two or three calls. And later on while I was making calls from my own phone nobody was ready to even attend it. I had paid an initial payment of Rs. 8/ lac(Eight lac only) at the time booking of Navakam Duplex Villa in June 2010 (1 lac in March 10 and 7 lac in Jun 10).
At the time of booking I was told that in case if there a situation arises to cancel (also told normally such a situation will never arises with Santhimadom) the whole amount will be refunded within one month. However, when I cancelled the booking in March 2011 you asked a time of 04 months for the settlement. Even after 04 months you did not pay the full amount. When I was given the post dated cheques for half amount of 04 lac I was told that there will not be any problem in en-cashing the cheques. However, both the cheques were returned due to insufficient funds. Santhimdom had even closed the account from which the cheques were given. Finally after a lot of corrospondence, finally two DDs were issued for 2 lac each on two occassions.
Due to this in-ordinate delay in making payment in the whole case I have to bear a huge financial loss on interest paid on the loan availed for booking. Apart from the interest, I have to bear loss on expenses on unwanted journeys from Delhi to Kerala and back, Hotel stay at Guruvayoor, Phone Calls, Correspondences etc etc. My loss on this villa booking estimated to roughly over Rs. 2/-Lac(Rupees Two Lac) as explained below:
(a) Interest @ 10%for Rs.8/- Lac for 17 months- Rs 2,20,000/-(Apr 2010 to Oct 2011)
(b) Two journies from Delhi to Guruvayoor and - Rs. 40,000/-
back for two members(one side by air)
(c) Stay at Guruvayoor(Two occasions) - Rs. 20,000/-
(d) Cost of leave taken from office - Rs. 20,000/-
(10 days each by two members)
on two times)
(e) One journey & stay for self only - Rs. 8,000/-
(f) Corrospondence, Phone Calls etc.- Rs. 2,000/-

It is pertinent to mention that I was not at fault at any point of time and the cancellation of booking was done only because of the non-availaibility of approved building plan and permission from the local authorities. Santhimadom had been repeatedly reminded the above facts. Despite sufficient notice for cancellation it took over 08 months to get the refund of principal amount. Secondly Santimadom is earning profit on both counts from this deal. One in the form of interest on the booking amount and second is on resale of the villa as the present cost of the cancelled villa is Rs.25,00,000/- lacs no share of margin is being paid to me.
In view of the above mentioned facts it is my legitimate right to get at least an amount of Rs. 2/- Lac(Rs. Two lac only) towards interest for my booking amount and other losses. It is the moral duty of Santimadom also to pay the above amount to me by all means. I therefore, earnestly request Santimadom to send a DD for Rs.2/- lac(Rs Two lacs only) at the earliest.

We have received the complaint through the web mail. We accept that the project have some delay due to various constraints. As you, all know that Santhimadom Munimada project is one of the biggest projects in kerala. In this case, we had settled his entire principal amount as per the casual discussion by both parties. Before the entire amount transfer we had discussed with Mr.Vijayananad that the present situation market was totally collapsed & we were not able to pay the interest as per he demanded & he agreed with our statement. After getting, the entire amount we don’t know why now he is claming for the interest. We know that some people have been sitting around the table to only pass wrong information & miss guide the clients.

We Mr Nandakumar K has done full payment for Munimada project. No villa or compensation recieved so far
These malayalis will never learn from experiences. If anybody comes with some stupid advertisements, they will simply believe the same and lose money.

I also a victim of the cheating complaints of santhimadom builders.I also paid seventeen lakhs rupees for Mattom Indraprastam villa in may 2011.We trust the advertisement in television by filmstars like Kaviyoor Ponnamma, Sukumari etc.pl.advice me sombody to getting the money back.

NON- REFUND ON CANCELLATION(CHEQUE DIS-HONOUR)

Sir,
I booked a Navakam duplex villa in Green City in March 2010 and paid Rs.1/- lac (one lakh) as booking amount. In June 2010 I paid another 07 Lakhs(Seven Lakhs) and a plot of 2.5 cents was registered in my name. The total cost of the villa was 20 lakhs at that time and my aim was to pay the balance amount (12 lakhs) by taking loan from bank and I had clearly told my entire plan to them. Initially I was told that every thing regarding building approval and permission from the panchayat was ready for all villas. However, later on I came to know that they never got the building permission and approval from the panchayat. After a long wait of 09 months finally I cancelled the booking in March 2011. But though I had repeatedly intimated them my intention to cancel the booking incase the permission is not available(as the bank loan is depend on building permission) well in advance ,they did not refund the amount at that time. In June 2011 after much concerted efforts finally they refunded only the principle amount of Rs.8/- lakh that too half in cash and half in post dated cheques. At that time they told that there will not be any problem in encashing the cheque. One of the cheque for Rs.2/- lakh hs become due on [protected]. On 16 Aug 2011 it slef I had reminded them to make funds available in their bank through e-mail. However despite my repeated reminders funds are not available till date(25 Aug 2011) in their bank to clear the cheque. The other cheque for Rs.2/- lakh is due on 20 Oct 2011. It is important to note that this is only the principle amount thay they are refunding that too in piece meal in post dated cheques. I had availed loan from co-op bank and friends on interest. I am still paying interest towards the loan for no use. Santhimodam has earned at least an interest of over Rs.2/- lac from my amount of Rs.8 Lakh( 04 laks for over 1 and half years and 04 lakhs for about a year). More over the cancelled villa is now being sold on Rs.25 lac and a margin of Rs.5 lac is separately there. I have not been paid any single paise towards interest or margin. Now even for the payment of principle amount(post dated cheque) they are putting different types of excuses to deposit money in their bank against the cheque. Mine is only one of hundred of such cases. Hundreds of customers must have deposited their hard earned money with the hope of a residence in the temple city. I think 75 % of the customers must have been cheated . I have lost my precious time, energy, money over and above mental tension. They are earning a good amount in the form of interest itself. The dealing of Santhimadom is not up to the mark as they propagate. I hope Santhimadom will find a remedy after seeing this letter complaint. Otherwise I think the ultimate solution is to file a legal as well as police case against them. That will not be for the principle amount only but for a full compensation for all of my losses.

Passing the wrong information through internet

Dear Customers,
We feel extremely sorry to read such letters that is senseless and baseless, and written without any consultation with us. The person who has written this letter has not visited out office or our sites as he mentioned. We maintain a record of our customers visited, in which the persons name is not mentioned for proof. He commented that he has come with a budget of 1.2 crores and purchased a two bedroom flat at guruvayur, in spite we have ready to occupy villas with us. This clearly says that he did not approach us or misguided by somebody else to create instability in our project. The allegation made by the customer is baseless and cannot be believed. The person written this letter may be our competent builder. This may not be ruled out also.
We accept our mistakes in few areas due to hardships faced by project management; the project is going behind schedule that does not mean we are not progressing. This comments made by above person some times misleading our customers into wrong thinking for which we are very much regretted. Our effort to improve the overall quality of our services for which a good support and feedback from you is necessary.
We request the above customer to contact us personally for further clarifications, before making further comments and apologize the management for misleading our valuable customers. We are in this field since many years, not for cheating or get cheated by such false customers.

wrong comments against Santhimadom

We indeed to write that in this complaint site some people have been sitting around the table to only pass wrong comments against Santhimadom. Even though they are not in our client list but they are showing as if they are our old clients, Due to heavy competition in this field in guruvayur belt, creating unwanted roomers against the upcoming builders is common. Forwarding Image damaging mails to our customers is a crime from the all part. In playing such back window games, they cannot achieve their goal. I hope in future they will not commit this type of acts with force us to go cyber cell.
Any way we are always ready to give the reply in straight way, and if you have any doubts regarding our service please approach us directly. In addition, if you have any other knowledge regarding our case please share with us directly.

The dealing of Shantimadom is not fine as they propogate. Now I think the ultimate soulution is to file a legal as well as police case against them.

Since you are so concern and worried about Santhimadom good name been effected you have all right to answer some points asked related to Munimada project.
1) Where is so called Madurai land ?
2) Where is the promised rent ?
3) Project is on going for the last 4 years. Where is the tax allocation document from the local authorities ?
4) Where is the so called Helipad ?
5) Kalyana mandapam ?
Above all when do you think you will be able to hand over the villas to their clients with all clearance from the Govt. and local authorities...

Hi Shantimadom,
You people are a real cheat.I have got to know from my friend that he had booked this villa in the year 2008.It has been 4 long years that he hasn't got the villa (eventhough they've promised to give the keys by 2009 Vishu).It has been such a long time and I'm very sorry to say that this was his hard earned money, which he made by leaving his family(comprised of small kids) back at his hometown in Kerala and served at Dubai by saving each and every penny.
It has been more that 3.5 yrs that he's still confused what to do one this matter.He along with other people(who have booked the villa) has now planned to move to Consumer Court to get back the money which they have paid as part of Initial payment.
Mr.Radhkrishnan, you have been playing a very dirty politics for so long that, you continued to promise the poor people about land, auditorium, helipad and all the other ******.But nothing has been done.
I hope atleast these people get back their money which they have invested with interest.

You people are a real cheat.I have got to know from my friend that he had booked this villa in the year 2008.It has been 4 long years that he hasn't got the villa (eventhough they've promised to give the keys by 2009 Vishu).It has been such a long time and I'm very sorry to say that this was his hard earned money, which he made by leaving his family(comprised of small kids) back at his hometown in Kerala and served at Dubai by saving each and every penny.
It has been more that 3.5 yrs that he's still confused what to do one this matter.He along with other people(who have booked the villa) has now planned to move to Consumer Court to get back the money which they have paid as part of Initial payment.
Mr.Radhkrishnan, you have been playing a very dirty politics for so long that, you continued to promise the poor people about land, auditorium, helipad and all the other ******.But nothing has been done.
I hope atleast these people get back their money which they have invested with interest.

Non-refund of money

I had paid a total amount of 15 lakh rupees by cheque to Santhimadom Builders and Developers in November and December 2010. After the initial dealing and other issues, I decided to withdraw from the scheme in December 2010 itself and informed the chairman of Santhimadom Builders and Developers, Dr. Radhakrishnan. He agreed to refund the money in 2 weeks. Since then I have made dozens of calls to him and he has returned only 7 lakh rupees so far. He finally promised that by March 2011 he will refund the full amount. He has given dozens of dates thereafter, but it is now June and I have not received any more money.
It has been over 6 months and I am yet to get 8 lakh rupees refund.

Of course, a case is to be filed against the builder for cheating. Infcat the affected persons should forma forum and file a PIL against the builder mafia including shantimadom for cheating the customers with false promises. Santimadom's style of functioning seems to be tricky. They never advertise in the news papers. They do not have a printed application form for booking and not maintaining a payment schedule. They have not taken the approval from the authorities to build the villas. They are not even a registered company under company's act. Their activities are too much doubtful and involved in violation of FCRA also. A thorough enquiry by IB, CBI, ED etc are to be conducted against the builder mafia. The new UDF govt should take the initiative.
These malayalis will never learn from experiences. If anybody comes with some stupid advertisements, they will simply believe the same and lose money.

I am also one of the villa holders in Santhimadom-Munimada project from last two year.
Last week I got the mail from some one that santhimadom cheat the people with false commitments
When I was check with this site I was shocked to see this much of complaints against Santhimadom.
When I see the chairman regarding my last week visit in their office, He explained me everything regarding this controversy with proof & I am fixed to see that
I know the chairman from last two year he is very indulgent Person. After this meeting this is indeed to write this mail in this site for favor of Santhimadom
Santhimadom management has made some commitments to we all which are yet to be full filled regularly. They accept their mistakes in few areas due to hardships faced by project delay management,
Due to pending of KTDC approval they can not able to rent out their villa’s, till that last year he give rent to customer’s in his own pocket & we all know that Santhimadom is a huge big project which including around 550-600 villa in Gurvayur & its not possible to clear rent to all customers with in his pocket Evenly my arrears are also.
Now they have started two new projects & started to overcome from their problems.
So, I hope that in future all problems against santhimadom is resolve & and that time we all are proud to being with Santhimadom Group

A few valid questions that I assume you/chairman might be able to answer.
Why Shantimadom was giving false advertisements (and continue to give for other projects) if they can't meet the construction milestones and plans for viable rental scheme ?
Most of the people invested their lifelong investments(or even got into more debt) on this. If they had invested the same in the bank, they would have received some interest and capital would have remained the same. How they are goning to be compensated now?
Seems it is going in the direction of Apple properties- who also had many false promises. Sad but true. Dr, please make it right at this point before it goes that far for your company's reputations sake.
Accept the facts, have an open communication to customers than blaming them or find lame excuses. Most importantly have a non busy number to address just their concerns. Addressing your client is the most important thing that you have to do. Finish the current project and then offer more projects. Nobody is gonna buy anything more unless you prove your trustworthiness right now. Act before it is too late..

My father (80 years old) invested 5 lacs in a flat with them in Feb 2009. Same story. They promised a flat in Guruvayur and one acre of land in Madurai. Then promised return of money with interest...7 lacs. Nothing yet as of September 2012. Sheenu must be Radhakrishnan or his ...! There needs to be better consumer protection in Kerala. How is one to know whether this guy is a fraud? He had an office, was doing business as a builder, offices, etc. etc. He even built a few properties around EKM. His personal property should be confiscated and he should be put in jail. In the good old days, guys like this would be tied to a log and floated down river filled with crocodiles. A risk not too many people took. Not too many frauds then! Only if guys like this go to jail will there will be some change. I was told that he went to jail and was out the next day. I am sure he has invested the money collected in some resort in the hills. God save us Malayalees!

Non Delivery of Villa as per agreement

Sir,
I invested with Santhimadom builders for the 55 lakh villa (full payment made) and it is more than 4 years now that they have not delivered the villa. This is contrary to the agreement I had signed with them. At the time of sale of the villa, we were assured of monthly rental from the date the full payment is made which they have not complied with. They paid me for one year (during the one year, their cheques bounced many times) and then stopped the payment stating that they have no source of income since the project is not completed. But this was not what was agreed to. At the time of selling the property, we had been promised 10 acres land in Madurai which till date they have not handed over with proper documents.
The work is not of quality and they do not keep the time frame of the hand over. As I write this complaint, my elderly parents visited the site today and are now told that it will be ready by 15 June 2011. the dates have been changed everytime I have gone there and when we speak to the Chairman, he sits shamelessly in front and shows no decency towards customers. I can go on and on with all the cheating they have done but i dont want to waste my time on sending a long complaint. I have addressed this matter with my lawyer and in July when i go on vacation, i will be seeking legal action against them and also if need be, the whole project will be put on stay. i have all documents with me to prove that these people are nothing less than cheats.
I want people to read this and pass the message to their friends that do not trust this builder, he is a cheat and his quality of work is very poor. This is not SANTHIMADOM but I call them ASHANTHIMADOM.

The matter cited in respected Mr. Rajeev nelieth had already attended by Santhimadom Builders.
His villa already ready to handover some little bit finishing touch is pending & this is informed to him in our last mail with snap.
Regarding his monthly rental, we had paid already 11 months rent as per our earlier agreement their after as per their words his parents want to stay there. So that’s why the rental formation can not be moved further.
Regarding his gift land of 10 acres land in madurai we had already register with him & handover the original documents to him in his last visit in India-2010.
We admit our few mistakes the villa construction work is delay as per the agreement,
One of the reasons to delay this project is their two representative which were appointed by Mr. Rajeev was there for interception in this project. They are change the plain every time when they visit to Project site.

Now you are asking me to bring out more points, do not blame it on my representatives. You have not done the work as per what was given to you. I have handed over the drawings through my representative each time they visited the site and yet it has not been done as requested by me. What was designed and given to you was very simple yet not followed for which I have said that i can live with it because i am tired of the delay.
Little bit of finishing touches is an understatement because there is lots which you are yet to really work on and deliver. This has been time and again pointed out to you. What happened to the list of furnishings, fittings that were provided to me? Have you delivered the same to me in the house - NO, you have not. Please check the bathroom fittings - one bathtub missing, the kitchen has the double bowl sink missing as against the single bowl that has been fitted, there are more to it. Why cant you check on the list you have provided me and ensure that the details are met accordingly.
Rental for 11 months, what about the bounced cheques during these 11 months? You say that you did not renew the contract because my parents were going to stay there, how can someone stay there when the villa is not yet completed? You should be paying me rent as per how you have been advertising till the day you hand over the villa to me in liveable condition. The day i take over possession of the house, you can stop paying me rent but till then you should and compensate for the whole delay. This itself shows how much you realise that your actions have affected customers who have trusted you. I for one paid you 55 lakhs on time and please check your own records and advise when did you receive the payment and what did i get in return till date other than more loss of money.Have I asked you to reimburse for the costs incurred in my flight tickets, the hotel stay etc in Guruvayur which was done because of the false dates promised to us. i do have emails to this effect which shows the dates you have given me.
My family visited the site yesterday based on your statement that the villa will be ready for possession by 15th may, what happened to that date? Now the date is pushed to 15 June, not with our choice but because what other alternative do we have. Will you hand over the villa with all work done and the boundary secured with the landscaping you are promising?
Regarding the Madurai land, is there a demarkation of the proerty which shows that this plot belongs to me? NO, the site has been visited and we have nothing to show which land belongs to whom.
Mr. Chairman, please note that when we met in Dubai, your approach towards me was different because you wanted the funds which i promptly paid you on time. I do respect that this is a big project and there will be delay in it but the delay is your problem and not mine. Have you forgotten your attitude towards me and my parents when i met you during the last vacation where you showed absolute disrespect to the fact that I am a customer who has kept his commitment and you are the builder who has not.
Mr. Chairman, i have shown lots of restraint and compromised a lot. I am still patient but will appreciate if you do not blame it on me and rather concentrate on improving your internal system so that you keep your repute intact. Guruvayur is a very religious place and the name you have given to your project is also significant. Please try and keep up to it and you will see lots of your customers spreading good words about you than be forced to reach out on public forum in this manner.

I for one paid you 55 lakhs on time and please check your own records and advise when did you receive the payment and what did i get in return till date other than more loss of money.Have I asked you to reimburse for the costs incurred in my flight tickets, the hotel stay etc in Guruvayur which was done because of the false dates promised to us. i do have emails to this effect which shows the dates you have given me.
My family visited the site yesterday based on your statement that the villa will be ready for possession by 15th may, what happened to that date? Now the date is pushed to 15 June, not with our choice but because what other alternative do we have. Will you hand over the villa with all work done and the boundary secured with the landscaping you are promising?
Regarding the Madurai land, is there a demarkation of the proerty which shows that this plot belongs to me? NO, the site has been visited and we have nothing to show which land belongs to whom.
Mr. Chairman, please note that when we met in Dubai, your approach towards me was different because you wanted the funds which i promptly paid you on time. I do respect that this is a big project and there will be delay in it but the delay is your problem and not mine. Have you forgotten your attitude towards me and my parents when i met you during the last vacation where you showed absolute disrespect to the fact that I am a customer who has kept his commitment and you are the builder who has not.
Mr. Chairman, i have shown lots of restraint and compromised a lot. I am still patient but will appreciate if you do not blame it on me and rather concentrate on improving your internal system so that you keep your repute intact. Guruvayur is a very religious place and the name you have given to your project is also significant. Please try and keep up to it and you will see lots of your customers spreading good words about you than be forced to reach out on public forum in this manner.
This response to you is not a complaint but a hope that things will improve and I am more than happy to withdraw my earlier complaint provided you are assuring me of the work being completed and handed over in proper manner.

My name is Manoj, I am sorry I didnt saw this site till now. I payed almost 17 lakhs full payment for my Villa in Munimada and it was supposed to be fully furnished and hand over to me by June 15, 2009. Do you beleive it is still going under construction. Only the foundation has been finished...NOt even full pastering.

People do you beleive this he will not even attend my call now ... Even his manager Ramesh wont talks to me.
I don't know what to do. Really I was cheated completely by these guys. They gave me rent for 12 months al together, then that too stopped.
They offered me one acre land within 45 days from full payment in Madurai ... nothing I get till the date
They offered me full rent after 11 months, assuming construction will be finished by that time.

Rajiv was a client of 2010 I guess... I was supposed to get my Villa furnished by June 2009. I am sure there are plenty and many like me who was not aware of this site.

I fully agree that we should form an association and take action against this builder, I am an affected oarty and the villa which was assured to me for Dec 2009 is still not completed and the work in progress is not just slow but of poor quality. I visited the site three days back and what i saw shocked me. The Munimada project will not be completed at this pace for another 4 years. I have paid full money for the 10 cent villa and the response from the Chairman was far from professional. They have no basic decency on how to handle their clients and that too after taking money from us. I strongly suggest that we represent in the media where they brag of their project and get them to refund our money and not dupe more people. I will be back in Dubai on the 19th of Feb. We visited the place and were not convinced by the talk nor the high handed attitude nor the quality of construction and unreasonable price hikes as and when they wished and the workability of the rent they promised against full payment and the promised furnishings also were being withdrawn one by one-Pls combine forces and act immediately

Looking at the comments i too realize that it is a nightmare for people like us investing our hard owned money for nothing . I had the agreement made on 2008 Jan and full payment completed by July 2009 . The villa contruction is still not complete ( quality of materials used doesn't match with the basic standard ) . Many people like me tend to be quiet with a hope that things will change, but its not the case any more . Two rent agreements were ( 10 months each ) where we have only one month rent paid .
Time when we realize that the money we earn are hard owned, we must not let these kind of builders ruin other dreams .

We strongly disagree this above comments. We have completed more than 250 nos of Villas in Guruvayur Projects. Also going to complete around 500 nos of villas in Munimada, near Guruvayur surroundings. Some delay was there in our construction which every body knows this much huge projects cannot be completed with in a stipulated period. Definitely this will take much time. Any body can come and see our all the sites its true or false.
Our main offer is permanent income for the investment. Which also we giving to the investors. Dont go in for such big builders who will not even respond. Try out other builders in the vicinity of Guruvayoor - TBPL.com or Srrishti.com. There are more. You can search in the net. The more no of ads given, the more likely you will not get responses!
The statement given by Santhimadom Builders are false and baseless. They are one bunch of stupid , no professionalism. You can verify this by your very first call to their office. None of the staff will give their name. It looks like they are afraid to give their names.
I have booked the villa worth 36 lakhs on 03/08/2008, and it look me almost 4 months to get a proper construction agreement from them. I made it a point to include clauses for compensation on delays. Also I made it a point to include a construction based payment schedule. After signing the agreement many a times I had to call them to know the construction status. Initially even when the phase was not complete they used to write that the phase was complete and request for payments. Then when we ask them to send photos, they keep quite.
Most of the times the emails are just one line without photos. They were supposed to hand over the villa on 31/08/2009 but still on 12/10/2009 they had just completed the first floor lintel phase. I knew for certain that the project was delayed. When I approached them for compensation they gave lame excuses like shortage of sand, labour strike, building approval ban etc etc.
I decided to file a consumer court case. Upon getting the notice they soon completed the next phase and replied that I did not make payments and that’s the reason for delay. See how cunning they are !. However, they do not know that I have ample of evidence to prove that they are at fault.
Now it the 4 hearing and I have already submitted all evidences and I am sure that I will win this case by making them pay the compensation for delay and make then complete by villa.
Please note that we should be very careful with such notorious builders and be bold enough to take up the matter to court. I know there are many who are effected but are not willing to go to the court as they are afraid of the long and tedious procedures. This type of attitude of ours will put the builder at an advantage to cheat others. So please let us all stand up against such un lawful trade practices so that other innocent people are not victimized.

All investors should have realised by now that so caled Dr. Radhakrishnan has not earned his doctorate by quality but by fraud. Very soon he will be gone missing just like APPLE A DAY Property. He keeps claiming that he has assets worht 80 crores and his liability towards the MUNIMADA Project is only 6 to 8 crores. Then why is he not completing the project than delaying it. No villa out there has been numbered and legally registered in the name of the client. Has he sold any villa from his client hwo wants to leave this project or has he bought back any of the completed villa? The number of completed villa in the whole project will be around 6 to 8 only. What is he doing to win the confidence back from the client and to keep his name in the market which is next to dirty. People laugh today at Santhimadom builders and they say to all tht they are cheats. Is this Dr. Radhakrishna not a cheat and a liar?What quality does he have? He keeps saying his son in law cheated him but together they are cheating the clients.
What is the government doing against such cheats? What are the investors doing? This organisation should be taken to the legal court as they are going to run away one morning and the investors will not have anythng with them.
