Company Not Fixing or Replacing Broken Products

I ordered a wooden table with 6 chairs on January 1st. The website said the product would be delivered in approximately 2 weeks. After repeated calls to the company, they finally delivered the product on March 12th. Three of the chairs had cracked or broken legs. Unethical behaviour

The on-line order made vide # insf[protected] dt 31/10/2020, on assurance of supply within 15 days or on or before 23/11/2020. Many reminders written and traders given many dead lines for supply.

The trader not supplied TV stand or refunded the money rs.12599.10 which fully paid at my end.

Requested to reg the compliant...

Undelivered goods after full payment

Customer Service unreachble and unresponsive on phone and email about following issues:
Ordered furniture online on insaraf.com. Delivery time was 2 weeks. It's now over 7 weeks, have just received partial delivery (Dining table without chairs) and sideboard which is assembled differently from images. Hi, i have recently purchased 2 sofa set, 1 kuber bed and a tv trolley unit from insaraf.com. order no. #nsf55652133 on june 12 2016. the product as requested was delivered on time, that is 6th july 2016.
