Given my vehicle Baleno Petrol Alpha for periodic service at sarathy Auto cars Enjackal, Trivandrum.
The servicing were very poor. Taken the charge for washing but not yet washed. Even not cleaned the waste debris frim inside the car....

Dear Sir,
I booked a car Wagon-R VXI AMT at the Sarathy Autocars, Varkala and was advised that Car is ready on stock as per my colour selection midnight blue and only delivery/transporting time required. My booking detail Ref. No. 1374, date[protected] and was promised me the car could be deliver on[protected].
Please note that I was planned to buy car with loan 2, 50, 000.00 and the showroom people introduce TVS finance....
