Delivered material is different from order material. No response from support / help team or email. Need replacement / refund....

I have received a different product from the one I have ordered for ... it’s worth INR 1200 and also product is of cheap quality ...I need refund of my money back but the company Sareehook.com is not responding to calls and emails ...kindly help me get my refund and resolve my issue as early as possible ... hoping for a faster action on the company and immediate refund ... thank u...
