I ordered a dress on sareenmore on 11th sept 2019 and the money was prepaid online but d product didn't arrive and my no. Is blocked on watsapp. Now today i tried to complain on toll-free no. And dat too was a fraud dey asked me to send a message from my registered mobile no. And from dere dey tried to block my atm card. Please help me to get my money back....

This is regarding order#5873 which i have paced with sareenmore and they have sent a damaged saree and a totally different saree from what i have order. When i tried to call them they are not answering the call. Neither they are replying to the query raised. It seems a bogus company which are cheating consumers at large. Request you to please take appropriate action against them so that they do not cheat consumers going forward.br...

I made an online payment for this product on their website on 27 aug 19 for rs. 1200 & the order was successfully place. As per their commitment on the website product gets delivery in 4 days & considering some delay 73 hours are mentioned as an delay period for delivery. I tried to reach out on the number mentioned on the but it is always switched.in between this on 27th aug i tried placing another order but it got cancelled on the payment...

I made online purchase of lehenga on sareenmore website on 3rd august 2019... I paid them 1000 and odd for the same... It's written on their website that they will deliver the same in 4 working days... They replied on whatsapp too that it will be delivered... Now it's more than 25days they are not reachable on whatsapp, mobile or email and also not delivered anything... Their we're customer reviews and that site is still active on web......
