non receipt of ordered goods

I have ordered for 3 nos of Sandisk Pendrive 8gb vide order no. 107373 through Sastawala.com on 7th December of 2012 and paid Rs. 410/- for the same through netbanking. Details of the same is also given below. But neither any pendrives nor any refund of the paid amount has been received by me till date. so you are requested to give necessary instruction to Sastawala.com to either send my ordered pen drive on my billing/shipping...

Non receipt of product with no refund of money

I have booked a pen drive (san disk cruzer blade) costing Rs 314 from Sastawala.com (company from pune) on 07/12/2012 but till date i haven"t got neither the product nor the money had been refunded. Please get my money refunded as soon as posssible.
