refund of money
i booked two flats from sawhney builders in 2006. in july 2008 i requested the refund of money as there is no development of site by the builders. last year they give me post dated check of october 2008. but all the checks bounce. after that i am calling regularly from overseas , but they never returned my money ..i want to know if anyone has taken any legal action against them or they have got nay refund from them......

refund of booking amount
i book a plot in nh-58 project of sawhney builders . ia sk for refund from them, they give me postdated check of november. when i cashed the check it bounced. i contact them they said they will give demand draft, but as of now on march 25 2009, they have not given any refund, only thing that they say is next week, every time you call them. if anyone else faced thsi fraud of builders . please we all consumers should come together and file...
