They are frauds and have multiple criminal cases going against them. They take security money but don't return it. The agency's owner, Karan Sawhney, his mother, Simmi Sawhney and their employees Guddu, Ashok, and Deepak are all part of this scam.
Please dont take any help from this agency and share about their fradulent behaviour to every person known.

Non refund of security deposit amount

I took a PG acomodation in Powai, Mumbai with the help of Sawhney Housing on 17th August 2014. I deposited a sum of Rs. 8000 with them as security deposit, which they assured to return me as and when I vacate the acomodation. But when at the time of vacating the PG, on 22nd October 2015, I demanded the amount back from them, they denied to return it back to me. I had even served a one month notice to them, before vacating the PG vacation, as per the terms and conditions provided by them. I just want the return of my security deposit of Rs. 8000.

They claimed for 15K expenses (for extra rent for months of stay as well as cleaning and other charges) when I vacated the house. I have been calling and trying to connect with them regarding my remaining deposit but they refuse to take calls and reply to the messages.
I've already vacated the said room.
Names of the fraudulent persons are Ashok (Accountant) and Karan (Owner).

Even not providing rental receipts for the time we stayed in the PG accommodation.
