I try to call customer care they not response me. pls deactivate my card protection plan SBI CREDIT CARD. I request you to cancel my membership and please refund the plan amount 2499

14/6/2016- i applied for my first credit card.
27/6/2016- i git my card
4/7/2016- i generated password for my card at 10:20 am and on the say day a transaction of rs. 1999 made on my card for sbi cpp assistance at 5:06 pm without approval.
