Sbi Freedom Application Complaints & Reviews

I did an online recharge of bsnl for ₹291 from sbi freedom application on 10/7/2016 and the balance has been deducted from my bank account but i have not received any balance yet. i have already written to the sbi support ids but have received no response from them

i have complete the Registration process of SBI Freedom application and also registered mobile number at ATM but when i using it its give error like "please complete registration process before using any service code =943" so what can i do to resolve the issue give me any suggestion asap.
