Sbi Racpc Egmore Chennai Complaints & Reviews

I applied a education loan 8 months ago, and I'm going every single week for last 3 months the only answer they give is "It is still in process", and still I didn't get my loan. I even asked them if I should provide anything else but they said everything is alright but still I'm not credited any amount.
I'm almost came to an idea of dropping out of my college as I can't afford to pay the fees.

Dated 5.10.2017 posted by register post on 12.10.2017 and received on 16.10.2107 that the borrower loan account is running irregular since 29, 2017
Due to non payment of arrear amount of rs.7987/-. The borrower's salary account is being regularly debited thro ecs. Though i requested many times in past, sbi did not mail loan account statement to the borrower....

In spite repeated emails to sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and telephones also sms to RACPC Egmore Chennai. correct interest rate has not been charged in my Housing Loan account No. [protected] for the last 10 months. No reply has
been received in this regard. As there is concession of rate of interest for the Woman customer as per sbi co.in web site but the Branch has not extended the
concession rate of interest for my above mentioned...

Today i and Father went to RAPC Egmore regarding Interest Subsidry Form Submission. The Employee there named SUDHA (EDUCATION LOAN DEPT) has been insisted us to wait for more than 2.5-3 hours for just giving an acknoweldgement for the letter received. So i here conclude that the Respnsible persons of that particular Branch should make a proper decision regarding this issue....
