Payment not received
Hi,
While availing home loan, I was committed that the re-processing fees will be waived off with in 1 week (attached the screenshot) but it's been more than 2 months I have taken the home loan from SBI but haven't received the amount.
I have been following up with the team since long time but still it i spending.
Kindly help us to get the amount. Thanks.

Dividends not fully credited to ledger
Since last one month I have been following for my short credits but SBIcap puts the burden on me to follow up with the company RTAs.The details of shares held are furnished by the Broking company which shows they are not giving correct holding details on ex date to the RTAs.Shoetfalls are normally credited to ledger but SBIcap is taking too long and simply replying that they would respond within 1 day which continues everyday.
Kindly ask the Broking company to credit the dividends and shortfalls at the earliest.
Emails have been repeatedly sent to the company.

Shares bought missing from portfolio
CDSL shares were bought on 21-7-21 but they are not showing in my portfolio.This way the clients might suffer huge losses.I don’t think a client needs to check all these things too.The software’s should update the new purchases automatically.

regarding close of trading a/c.

Sir, since may 2017 i am sending them closing form, mails, phones, draft but till now neither close a/c. Nor any action. When ever phone new person receiving & telling we are inquiry, person like (Suresh kadam, sradha, ankita, niha, arati etc.). My courier rcpt no flyking[protected] dt;25/07/2017, &draft no;sbi 649655. Sir kindly help me to close my a/c. Mahesh maskara, [protected], trading id; esi77590.

Customer negligent
I am from Hyderabad. I opened a online Trading account with SBICap Securities Ltd and started facing problems. There are a number of problems that make the customer irritated.
i) There is a Toll free customer care number for them[protected]. Whenever you call, nobody picks up to help you. There is no local customer support. We have many STD numbers 31000506,[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] given by them. No use again. When there is problem, they don't lift the receiver. You can think of customer's frustration.
ii) They do some changes to the website https://www.sbicapsec.com/branchdetails.asp whenever they feel like during the trading hours. They don't even let the customer know by an email at least. They say they square off the scrips by 3 PM but they change it to 2 PM and 2:30 PM without prior notice. Many times, after the customer logs into the website, they keep message on Home page which you don't see.
The above are just examples. The biggest problem is with customer care. Please take care of customers.

The same thing happened with me too. The peoples are very careless and thinks as Government employees . I went to their office and their employees are himself busy in their own trading so why care you . As PSU they will get the salary on time But
Due to their this behavior we suffered heavy Loss . Iwhat you write same thing happen to me .Now I am trading with other broker and satisfied.
Plez you change your broker otherwise your portfillio will be Nil

I too have facing the same problem and customer care not care about their customers.
I fully endorse the complaints. Nobody pick up thr telephone answers email. since last 3 days mkt watch is not coming into my screen. nobody from mumbai picked the telephone and redressed my complaints. i am not ableto do business for last s days
SBICAP Securities Ltd is taking 3 to 4 months to open one Demat account. Agents placed at State Bank Branches are helpless and inefficient and they do only postal service.

I opened a online Trading account with SBICap Securities Ltd more than 6 month before and started facing problems, not yet received Internet Login Password and Trading Password for online trading on sbicapsec.com. I received September and October monthly statement through my Email without open online site and without any trading. At present I am not satisfied with SBICapsec. There are a number of problems that make the customer irritated.
