        sbi credit card

        In starbazar their persons forced me to take sbi credit card and said without using u ll not have to pay anything so i took that card but never used it and now m getting outstanding statement of 5252.78 and getting calls also. I have sent mail to block that card and i got reply also that they have already blocked due to non usage but now they are asking me to pay that money....

        After consulting the sbi card helpline an amount of rd 1912.55 was due and accordingly a payment of rs 1913/: was paid by me. After making payment following massage has been d.
        We have received payment of rs.1, 913.00 via debit card and the same has been credited to your sbi card ending xx6981. Your available limit is rs.24, 910.70.
        This is a cheating with me and i once again request to cancel my card with immediate effect. It also been informed me that even after repeated requests my card has not been activated so far. I had paid a penalty for applying the card of your bank. I don't want to continue with your card. If any further charges is being debited to my card than i have to take some legal action against cheating with me.

        A sbi card was received without any pin.in absence of pin i could not use the card. Yesterday i received call from mr bindu kumar agent from collection center informed me that more than rs 5000/- is outstanding against my card. I requested him to block my card as such heavy penalties cannot be paid by me without using the card. He informed me that a sum of rs 900/- had to be paid before blocking the card. A penalty of rs 500/- is being charged every month so i request

          I Received calls from Inshad Ali Ph. [protected] Manager Fraud Risk Management that some unknown person got issued credit card of SBI on my name. Mr. Ali told my name, father's name and PAN number is matching but residence address and my mother's name is not matching. He told to send copy of PAN no, aadhar no, documents showing mother's name, proof of employment and copy of Police complaint to email inshad.[protected]@sbicard.com. I never applied for SBI credit card. i asked him to send the credit card issued on my name, monthly statements showing details of transactions, Name and contact number of branch and photo copy of the application form and photo copy of receiving register but Mr. Ali is denying to send all the details to me for my satisfaction. I am unable to judge whether it is a fraud call and fraud email. I should send the required documents or not. Kindly help me in this case and cooperate.I never applied for any credit card from SBI in any branch of the country.

            Hi,

            I am using tata card which is ending with #2019 from past 5 years. I have billing cycle of 10th billing date and payment date will be 30th of every month. I used to get the salary first working day of the every month, so will be paying 1st or 2nd of every month. After gst implemented i was attracted for late payment fee, so for the same i was asked to changed billing date same has done on 13th of every month and payment date will be 2nd or 3rd of subsequent month. After it has done in the web login i am not able to see any transactions and not getting any statements, for the same i already raised the complaints.

            For the single issue these many have to raise and when ever i said i didn't pay the outstanding until unless the issue get resolve.

            After i had a couple of discussions and after 2 months i got answer the billing date 13th which they were updated was not supported by the tool, so if i want to continue i should have to revert to previous date, for the same i may attracted to charge late payment every month. Same i dont want and we had some conversation.

            After that they are agreed that they can not resolve the issue. After i have serious conversation i said i can not continue with out transparency so go for the cancellation. They said ok, i dont know what that mean will they were trying to resolve the issue or they will be closing the issue. I didn't get any notification regarding my closing of account.

            Today 04/12/2017 i got call from sbi i came to know the card was blocked, and i have some points to redeem. The only reason using this card each point has 1 rupee with the croma stores, so i have many choices to redeem instead of online with the rest of.

            The card was completely blocked so i am unable to redeem the points and they were saying they can offer some vochures, here my concern why should i listen to them accept the vochure. I got the points for my money which i spent.

            Points to sbi:
            I have not made billing date changed from my side, it has to done when i called to customer care, your people should know..?
            Why should i accept the your options like vocures..?
            Why i am not notified about the cancellation of my card..?
            I got silly answer like toll will be accepting the billing not with the account or card number, how its possible..?
            If you can adjust my redeem point as each one one rupee and let me know the remaining bill i am ready to pay..?

            My all confidential information has been hacked.

              Kindly note even my repeated reminders to your regarding my statement, still monthly due payment amount not being corrected from your side.
              Kindly note i am very disappointed about your behavior of customer care executive through my mobile no.[protected], and [protected], so many time they came on line but still not solved my problem and transfer my call to feedback inr, i have registered dissatisfaction regarding the services you are given to customer, most of time they hold my line to checking and confirmation but no respond, executive name are like rajeev, manisha, kulvinder many of them not understand what is wrong with statements. Dec, jan and feb statement's due payment is showing wrong. I have done only 1 mobile purchase transaction for rs.5680/- which has to convert into emi, but statement not showing correct entry even i am paying emi of the same. (4 time debited

              If you are very serious about believing customer pain please resolve this matter, and also take confirmation from your customer care executive and try to know how they resolving this kind of issues with customers.
              You are requested to look into the matter and help, i don't want to close this credit card but because of your pathetic situation, i forced to stop using your credit card henceforth.

                Hi Sir/Madam, This mail is regarding a complaint to be made against SBI Credit Card. Around 3 month ago I got a call from SBI Credit card department regarding SBI Credit card, they told me the perks of having SBI Credit Card and below are the points described me by executive: 1. I'll get 10% off on every online bill/recharge payment while paying through SBI Credit Card. 2. I'll get some gift or coupon of value 3000 INR which will waive off the annual fee of SBI Platinum Credit Card. 3. I'll get discounts on electronic purchases. 4. Best Customer Services (Worst Services provided which leads me to complaint via mail). None of the benefits are being credited to me yet. Not even the gift or coupon of 3000 INR and also the annual fee is charged within 2nd month of my usage period. Moreover every month I'm being charged GST (some kind of taxes) which should be charged once in a year accordingly. I don't want to continue services of SBI Credit card as my experience is worst. I've been trying to reach SBI Credit Card department on [protected] since 20 days but every time either I was kept on hold or provided resolution was irrelevant. Sometime even your executives made fun of me and refused to provide the gift coupon which could waive off the annual fee mentioning that no such services are there. Sir/Madam, it felt to me like I'm being cheated by SBI Credit Card. I've been using credit card since 2013, I've availed services of banks Axis, Citi and other bank also but I've not experience such rude behavior earlier.                 I have also very bad experience. SBI card agent promised many benefits of higher value card. However in reality I am giving lot more amount to SBI with this card. It puts many charges with taxes. It is fraud. Also no gift received as told earlier
