I have purchased the TVS raider Vechicle which costs around 118000, on 22.10.22, on the day of delivery utself i had starting trouble issue, taken the vechile and give to sales Manager Mr.Karthik and Sale rep Mrs.Mohana, they changed the battery and given as problem rectified, once coming to home back i had the issue again with a warning symbol on the cluster, again after many times follow up with TVS and SBM Mr Ananad works manager of TVS contacted me and askes to bring vechicle, he checked and told there might be Battery problem or sensor problem, after 2days i left vechicle for 1st aervice with the complaint in service they told problem fixed and returned and i was charged for the first service also.

But again by next day of service the problem seveirity increased now the vechile itself not getting started frequently. Again today i dropped my vechicle in showroom dor problem.

I feel SBM is providing 2nd hand vechicle, since from the day of purcahse (with in 15days) i faced more issues and most of time in service centre only.

Requesting all not to purchase vechicle from SBM motors since they are cheating the customers by changing the parts from 1 vechiclr to other.
Nite ; In my vechicle the battery was swapped from other vechicle by Sales manager, i have the audio evidence

I gave my Jupiter service on friday, 4 days over still they are not giving back and not doing service also and not giving proper response also.
Daily they are saying tomo..I doubt some suspicious thing happened to my scooter.whether they are changing all original parts . I doubt whether to repair one scooter they need 5 days.

I dono what to do. Pls take some necessary against delear so that other customer will not face this again.

Sir i was purchased new tvs victor from authorised agent sbm motors in paper mills road near periyar nagar. Date of purchase 06.11.2018 vechile number tn 05 bt 9801with in a month in that new vehicle left side small light in front mask it's not working properly when i gave for first service i was mentioned it but same problem still its there so kindly take necessary action and rectify my problem as it possible very soon

I had visited sbm tvs show room located at senthil nager. First time one sales girl attend to me she is give a one finance schemes i asked that girl i do pay the initial paynent when will you give the bike the girl ask 5 working days. Tommorw i did paid the cash after that girl said yoru schemes not available do pay extra cash i told k do not pay extra money u return my cash the girl said we retuns to 10 days after the cash. Then i accept the scheme 5 working days ago they do not delivery the bike. I went ask the sales girl sir that bike is not stock pls wait more 5 days we will do register then give. After 5 days more i called to the show room that the girl is pickup i said what mam more then 5 days i should need registration with delivery. She is told you collect the bike after two days without delivery with speak to harsh words don't give the respect she is handle my files finally they not give the bike very very worst sales person she is give a worng commitment. Show room more sales more lie to speaking salesmans

I purchased a TVS brand Two wheeler of Scooty Pep + at SBM MOTORS, PERAVALLUR, CHENNAI-600 082 and used to give the vehicle for regular service since the centre is very nearby to my home. But they are not doing service proper as per requirement and taking 5ltrs of petrol during every service and also they are issuing the bill in other address. We took up the issue several times with branch manager. But the problem is not solved by them and they are treating very bad.
